I had to ask that question because as far as I remember there were tons of threads and posts about ultimates and people wanted to community fund them or in a way “I don’t care just give us ultimates and I will pay.”

Yeah… I’m buying mostly whatever they release. personally because I am attracted to the lore,gameplay mechanics ,and lastly online activity. So, if they wanna feed some of the graphics and cinematic junkies with some new ultimates for nostalgia… By all means keep releasing new ish cause the fun I’m having is priceless. The time I’ve spent with this game has been interesting. Ggs

Yeah, but that is because they misunderstood what was meant by crowdfunding. They viewed it as “if we give them lots of money in advance they will make the stuff we want.” What it actually was was them saying " pay for our advertising and we might throw you a bone."
Not everyone bought into that idea. I for one certainly don’t like the idea of shelling out funds for little more than sunshine & rainbow promises.

It did though. Every character had 3 endings - that constitutes a story.
We just told you it wasn’t at launch.
Story mode released with Fulgore in April 2014.

I’ve had the game since the tail end if Nov. 2013, and I remember it differently. I remember story mode (or the arcade ladder as it were) being 1 of the 1st things I did in KI…
All KI had when it launched was Survival, Offline Versus, Training, Online Exhibition and Online Ranked.
Those were the only modes.
