To be fair, English isn’t my first language either, so I tend to choose my words to avoid misunderstanding, so I can totally understand the feeling xD

Off-topic as whoa, but this is surprising to me.
It’s also interesting to note that another non-native English speaker was able to articulate what native English speakers were incapable of.
That was neat to watch and participate in.

Hehe, I guess it’s because we look at the language in another way, so it is easier to explain these things from one non-native English speaker to another than from someone who is raised with the language, since you then take the meaning of these words for granted… and what I mean by that is that they see it as “Of course this word has this meaning”, because that’s just how you’ve always used it. 
So even though I’ve used English most of my life, it’s my second language and I still get those “aha” moments from time to time. XD
So yes, I can see now why people would think I’d totally dismiss KI just because of some guest characters and clone characters… which, again, is not the case! XD
Sure, I was disappointed to see Season 3 have 3 guest characters shoved onto the roster, when I would rather have all new characters, but it indeed NOT mean that I now hate KI! Absolutely not. KI is one of my favourite fighting games of all time, and I would not disregard it for something so small.
And to spin this back on topic… I would not stop playing KI if Shadow Orchid became a reality. I might even play as her and have fun playing as her. Orchid is my favourite character, so if anything, I might rather just have some of the elements implemented into her Shadow version instead be given to her original self, so the devs didn’t have to make a clone character… if that makes sense.
Hmmmm Black orchid…that actually…works. Or maybe even blue orchid. Could be purple too…or green…to signify her colour. scheme maybe. Hmmmmmmm…
After seeing Kilgore, I believe that a similar charattere is better than a shadow character.
for example:
Cinder - Human Cinder.
Sabrewulf - Count Von human Sabrewulf
Orchid - Black orchid
Spinal - Spinal alive
Hisako - Hisako alive
Mira - Mira No vampire
Kilgor Mark is just an old model which later led to the more modern 03 …
So it comes to “alternative” versions of current characters …
Eagle is Thunder brother but also an alternative version of Thunder, like Kilgore with Fulgore.
Nothing would really change with these characters. Outside of maybe cinder and mira. And Konrad wasn’t a fighter before he turned into a lycan he was an artist…well wanted to be anyway.

if we must have similar characters, I prefer this route, instead of all versions shadow. Obviously, I would also like the original characters..

So… before she became a vampire? She would most likely play like Maya, maybe without the magic daggers since those are unique relics.
However, Black Orchid is Orchid, as in the original character. That’s her full codename, people just call her Orchid for convenience sake.

could be a guest … one shadow … an original … such as Kilgore … Eagle … I have no idea what will happen.
I’d rather Ig just stop putting out new characters and just focus on minor updates and keep all the big stuff for KI2.

They would be high-level skin like the one just left for Thunder. and not those ugly skin “terror” -.-

This we agree on.
I would rather have a sequel happen next. Updated engine, updated graphics, updated gameplay, better story, better accessories etc…
And by better story I mean better told. Because the way the 3 seasons handled the story is just a clusterfudge. I personally prefer the way Season 2 did it and wish ALL characters got this treatment and not JUST the S2 characters. Shadow Lords is fun, but not as a story mode, imo.

I certainly hope they do put them all in one unified mode.
Also, personally I would like it if they drop the whole Mural screen from it as well. To me it’s like a big sign saying “this mode is only for unlocking some stuff, so when you’ve unlocked it all all you’re done with this mode”. It really should just throw you straight into the character select screen.
After all this talking about remixed characters i have start not liking Shadow Jago. Please IG guys, original characters with their music and their stage. That is all and that is the best.
