Playing Destiny 2 and WoW… gotta get my pack of Worgen leveled up.
I’ve played and finished Ori and Doom Eternal in the past few weeks. Ori was very good, though there were a collection of technical issues working undermining the experience and I’m still a somewhat ambivalent about the expanded combat. The game looks incredible on a 4K setup and generally feels great to play.
Eternal was also a hit. It doubles down on the strengths of the 2016 reboot and turns everything up to 11. There were some extended segments related to the new focus on platforming, and one odd level that is 90% walking through cutscenes and characters talking at you, that I think might get tiresome on reruns. A few of the new enemy units are also kinda obnoxious. But for the most part it’s a great sequel. Haven’t tried the battle mode yet, and I’m reluctant to since I’m hearing bad things about it right now.
You’ll often see people calling Hollow Knight one of the greatest metroidvanias ever made, and it’s a sentiment I agree with. It’s pretty Souls-like with the death system, and the setting and storytelling are also very similar (but with cute bug characters). It’s also much longer than an average metroidvania, with fairly thorough playthroughs usually clocking out at around 40 hours.

@Blacklash93 Overall now how would you personally rate Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Doom Eternal, and even Hollow Knight? What are your own personal final scores/ratings of those three games?

I’m currently playing and grinding Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It is a Super Awesome Game
So many games and not enough time to play them all… 
I just picked up Shadow Tactics but I’m not even done with Pyre yet… on top of that I just realised I missed Both Styx Games and now I wana play those too… all this while more cool games are being released this year… its too much !!! 
I’m still HEAVY into The Division 2. I love this game and its lore. Great stuff!
On the side I got that new Interactive game “The Complex”… I really enjoyed Night Shift and the Bunker so I m sure Ill like the Complex.
Ori… Ill get back to it eventually. Doom Eternal… it didnt pull me i like I thought it would, Ill get back to it though.
Im thinking about grabbing Resident Evil 3… Probably wait a week or so for a sale.
Whats everyone think about this Call of Duty Modernwarfare 2 remastered campaign??? I really enjoy COD campaigns… Id ont play the online stuff… but I love campaigns. It looks good!

Anthem is on sale for about $10, so I locked it up. It’s beautiful to look at. I’m not far enough in to know if the gameplay loop is going to hold up but I’m enjoying it so far. Definitely needs to be played with a friend or group.
Similar to Sunset Overdrive many years ago, Anthem was my game of the year just on sheer multiplayer fun I had last year. So many issues but I cannot deny how much fun I had. I put about 200 hours into the game in a very short time.

Hey Guys. are there any Steam Big Picture Mode Aficionados out there, and if so… do you know how to setup a Hotkey/Shortcut for Changing Controller Action Sets ? I need it for… uhm… Research Purposes. 
My kids love watching me play scary games so picked up the RE2 remake on the cheap. Played the first few hours last night and my daughter has been nagging me all day to get back to it.

My wife liked to watch me play RE2 too. Going to get RE3 eventually but waiting.
If only it had Co-Op just like RE 5 & 6 did.
So we beat Claire’s runthrough of RE2 last night. We may go back and do Leon and/or the New Game 2 mode. The kids are interested in the side stories, but it looks to me like the may have some more mature content than the main storyline which is just silly gore. Anyone who played through these remember if they are super adult?

Max is playing FF7 and I’m watching. Feels like back in the day when I used to play GoldenEye and my friends used to watch and we’d take turns. Now I’m too old so Max can hold the controller 
I have no need to play FF7 after this. But what a great game! I’m hooked watching Max play

Finished Guns Gore and Cannoli.
Playing more Anthem. The gameplay I find really fun. I’m still early so I can’t comment on the endgame stuff or the loot cycle. But flying around killing stuff is pretty satisfying.

Well… now that I’m done with Shadow Tactics I can Start with Styx Master Of Shadows. Oh don’t get me wrong… I didn’t finish Shadow Tactics. I just can’t play it anymore… Too Hard, not fun. Anyway… The Goblin Awaits

Also tired out Rage 2…not bad.. just got through the intro, tutorial, pretty cool, feels weird… but I like the story and aesthetic so far.
Feeling the itch for some Killer Instinct too… anyone try that one out yet? lol
