if ultimates are going to be 2 for char (3 in some cases) we can still hope that in one of them (pherarps the one less brutal) there won’t be the need of make the black scenario background. it’s not an impossible idea, the most part of the work is to make new animations for every char only in the parts where elements are totally new. for example i’m thinking about the new jago ultimate against kilgore: the new thing i think it’s when kilgore is down and firing after taking the fireball. i think they must make this scene for every char, then there are of course the animations for jago in making genkidama, but for the rest they are mostly chages of angles in the camera. this ultimate is particulary “epic” and takes a wide area to be done, i think there could be ones less epic that are possible to make in every stage, in small areas and without limits in making sense everywhere.
Lets be real, I dont think there will be more than one Ultimate per character.

and anyway i said IF first of all. for the (dreamed) second one i was thinking about mortal kombat brutalities: no changes of angle for camera, no new animation, only a boosted standard characterizing move by the winner that ends with a bit of effects, like blood spammed with some red lights (always T for teen, as the first 2 kis), lights or something, with the victim that reacts with its, or generic, animations and go simply ko. it’s just a thought, a desire, not a claim, so plz take it easy before generalizing saying "people here, people there, … everything "

Nah I don’t think it’s nessecary Personally I like the direction they’re taking with Ultimates.
It should be a rare, fun spectacle especially online. Unless you’re actually bad enough that you consistantly never drop your opponent’s green bar.

Annihilation is a different thing than an Ultimate…
If they make ultimates for the other characters I would think it would be cool to see Kan-Ra clutch throw his opponents into a huge sand tornado and crushed in the jaws of the antlion.

Well the other interpretation is that the elephant falling on a opponent is one of his favorite ultimates of the older games. He seems vague on it

I doubt anyone will get annihlations alonf side Ultimates. Not sure how you came up with that assumption but I’m sure the annihilation is only limited to Shago

So I’m pretty sure she has an Ultimate, and her being a second season character, I’m pretty confident they all have Ultimates.
A second thought of mine about ultimates is that it is a rather big subject for KI for not coming without a season. Like how are they going to be introduced? Hello, from today we will have ultimates?
