There’s no reason for there not being ultimates for the entire cast. That’s straight paranoia at this point.
Personally, my only issue with them is that the announcer sample for “ULTIMATE” sounds really, really stupid.
I’m actually fond of it, though I only use the classic announcer.
I’m just talking about that video. I use the classic voice too and it only just occurred to me that I’ve never heard the Ultimate sample.

You don’t see too many shago’s that use it let alone allow them to use it.
Yeah, I hope ultimates get good showings in tournaments, but considering how close the matches tend to be they may be a rarity…
Which is why if we manage to get some really good players to do that it’d be bringing the big hype.
- Are there characters with more than one ultimate?
- Are ultimates available during battle for some instinct meter cost?
- Is it possible to see ultimates in normal camera angle?
- When are we going to have them?

- I would like ultimates to be like brutalities(not that brutal though, just a stronger version of a special move) in MKX but during battle and only once in every match.
They could use ultra’s finishing move animation.

As for Jago, kinda wished it was his sword turning into the real Laser Sword and then he slashes his enemy with it.

It was at the very end of his backstory but was later removed during S3 since the balance hint (endokuken charge) was revealed
Ah, maybe that’s why I never saw it.
Still, ultimates are mostly for daily game experience. I cant see it related to the tournament scene. Same for Mortal Kombat. Sorry if im wrong.
