could eagle be a wendigo?
My voteās on a Wendigo from The Coven cult.
No offense, just curious, but how/why would Eagle become a Wendigo? I donāt think itās an absurd idea as much as a āWhy?ā idea.
I love wendigos too. I hope we ll see one soon or later

Ah ok purely the cultural connection. Fair enough. I still think it would be a waste to make Eagle a Wendigo as you could do both better justice by making them separate entities than having a Wendigo who is fighting in an MMA style just so you are constantly reminded āoh yeah heās also Eagle thatās why it fights that way instead of like, say, Saberwulf.ā Lol.

if were going with the theme of all characters hinted at in Shadow Lordsā¦ totes think its going to be the auto-cannibal.

Im halfway curious if the interest in a Wendigo character comes from that Until Dawn game from about a year ago.
Because for me personally, id known of a Wendigo, but id have been hard-pressed to give you any sort of fictional details regarding one before that game.
Ha! Itās funny how on the same page we are- just replace āhammerhead altā with āhammerhead as the characterās normal appearanceā and weāre pretty much posting the same thing. 
If weāre going off the rails with our shark monster, letās go with goblin shark or a sawfish variant for the premium accessory. (Although a great white version IS a must-have in some form!)
Yeah, Iām raring for a 100% new beastly fighter in the vein of Sabrewulf & Riptor, as those were my favorites from the previous seasons. It doesnāt matter how the character plays, as much as how much I like the character itself. Iād go bananas if they added an ape to the roster, but sharkman is a close 2nd on my ultimate wishlist. Weāll just have to keep our claws crossed that we get a wild new fighter for the KI Crew eventually!

Iām slightly prejudiced in that I dislike āapeā or āmonkeyā chars in general and would personally prefer a Cat-beast (especially a tiger) over an ape particularly since Injustice 2 is featuring Gorilla Grodd and KI being like hey we also made a big monkey would give the wrong idea maybe.
On that note.. I ponder which I hate more. Monkey/Apes OR Vampires? Hmmmā¦
Vampire monkeys. Definitely vampire monkeys. They are the worst.
I havenāt been into comics for a very long time, mostly because I canāt appreciate the new characters/storylines, but I distinctly remember when Captain Ape-merica was revealed to be a secret vampire in the Marvel Apes comic series. 
(Hey, I thought Marvel Apes was fun!)
Even if Iād rather have a darn, dirty ape (gorilla, yeti, baboon, etc.) in KI, we can put aside your anti-simian prejudice and my pro-primate preferences for Sharkman. #.TeamSharkman

Exactly. I was wondering if I was the only person who hates the idea of Joanna Dark in this game. Itās nice to see there are others who think the way I do.

I can tell you that had nothing to do with it for me. I just thought it was a cool archetype.
The thing that really thrust it into the spotlight, however, was probably the fact that they (Wendigos) showed up in the KI Novella. This means that theyāre officially a part of canon of the Killer Instinct Universe, and thus have a very high probability of showing up in the game. This is especially viable since the latest 2 characters (Kilgore and Shin Hisako) were hinted at in Shadow Lords long before they were released, so characters teased in the lore (Eagle, Wendigos, The āTrue Tsarā, and even Sol Daikuri) are all much more plausible than most designs.

Just to also add that rukari confirmed that shinsako will be at the middle slot, and we know two things from this

All the s3 chars on the left are good or neutral while all those on the right are evil, So my guess goes for Tsar as the last character

shin hisako is basicaly better concept than shadow orchid. Shadow jago, shin hisako, bad and good variation,. Kilgore is neutal
