You are entitled to your opinion though everyone prefers different things. I for one still do not see the difference between Tekken and DOA except one is more serious and the other one is to stimulate the appetite of perverted anime loving males.
Tekken was always a ps exclusive to begin with . It wasnāt on Xbox until Tekken 6 on 360 which was odd, but good for people who have Xbox. Then tag 2 was on PS3,360, and wii u . It wonāt bother me personally because I have a ps4 an Xbox one and a wii u , but I hope for people who only have Xbox one to be able to play as well. No Tekken has ever surpassed 3 or Tekken tag tournament 1ā¦ Letās hope 7 finally does !!! I canāt wait, and Iām hoping it makes the tail end of 2016, and that we donāt have to wait until 2017!!!
Yeah but Xbox wasnāt even around for most of Tekkens life and wasnāt Tekken on dreamcast too? Correct me if I am wrong.
I think though once you go multiplat, unless you only get a handful of sales on said platform, why change it back? Make fans then drop them isnāt very smart imo and makes people not want to support the developers of said game.
No Tekken was never on dreamcast, and 4 and 5 were around when original Xbox was out and they were still just on ps2 only . And yeah I agree that itās odd to change back , once youāve gone multiplat. Has it been stated that it will only be on ps4 ?
Actually, I just looked it up and Tekken 3 came out on Dreamcast. Tekken 4 came out before the original Xbox came out, Tekken 4 came out July 2001 while the original Xbox launched on November 2001. Tekken 5 was the only Tekken that was playstation exclusive while there were other consoles on the market that could run the game.
Nonetheless, to answer your question no, it hasnāt been officially stated by Tekken officials but people who have worked on and and on the inside have stated there are talks whether or not to make it available on other platforms and you can be sure anything Sony has to say involves exclusivity. We do know for sure though that the PS4 version will have some type of exclusive content on the console version, most likely the Akuma playable character.
dont care, as for sf5, in no time there will be a super sf5 that will be on xbox. or ultimate sf5 or sf5 arcade editionā¦
Actually, no. Sony and Capcom already came out and said there will be no āSuper SFV Arcade Ultra edition Super Turboā. They said no other versions if it will ever be released and SFVs base game will just get DLC and updates. When they said this they were asked the exact question if SFV will later come to XB1 in a different version like Super SFV or something and they arrogantly laughed at the question and plainly said no just buy an PS4.
SFV will never be in Xbox, if there is ever a SF6 well who knows?

Parries: The parry counter system in doa is amazing and punishing

Stages: Background are allot more relevant and become part of the game play

Characters: no panda, trees or kangaroos suit me.

Graphics: Doa Boobsphysics are silly yes but it always looks like a beautiful Japanese animation

Speed: Doa is faster than Tekken.

Juggles: I was never a fan of Tekkens juggle combos that lasted a whole round lol and that tin can sound that hit. MEH!

Fun: Doa is silly and fun. The costumes the speed, the japanese voices, its just crazy
Being Gay DOA doesnāt do allot for my male appetiteā¦ lol but i do see its comedy like i would an old ācarry onā movie 
As you say though each to their own! i have to say the new Tekken is looking pretty smart but Namcos fighter was always Soul Calibur for me

I have to agree on one thing and that is Namcoās best is definitely Soul Calibur I would love a new SC on XB! But in response to your post I guess I never really delved deep into DOA to compare I have played a lot of them but just at arcades or with friends for fun because one of us oned it at some point. I have to really disagree with points 2-4 I think the stages in Tekken are way better, Tekken has WAY better characters in my opinion not counting the ones you mentioned I hate those too and I think Tekkens graphics and style is better although as a man who is straight as an arrow I have to say, love me them DOA Japanese boobyphysics, heck I love Japanese ā ā ā ā ā in and out of DOA so that is not saying much LOL.
I respect your opinion though and understand a little better why some prefer DOA.

yeahhh everyone likes different things! I think i missed Tekken as i went the SF3 route mostly
SF2 SSF2, SF3, SFALPHA, SOUL EDGE, SC, DOA, SF4, UMVC, KI
SF Alpha 3 was where it was at. That was the life blood of my PS1.

Iām afraid you are wrong there . Tekken 3 was most certainly not on dreamcast . That is 100% fact . You may want to check your sources on that one .
A simple search will show you that it has only been on arcade cabinet , ps1 , and then later ps2 as Tekken 1-3 were on the original run of Tekken 5 discs.
