You still have to remove those files, I believe. But better to check the Reddit update again on that.

I believe Pc and consoles are going to meet eachother halfway at some point, pcās are getting absolete for many people for tasks outside of games, due to tablets and smartphones.
As a PC player this was real annoying
Cmon Capcom the modders are doing a better job with the game than you XD

Hey Kev, responding in here so we donāt side-track the other thread. 
Yes, I play as him and he is pretty much the only character with charge-moves I enjoy playing! However, his combo damage is really bad and his V-meter has 3 bars, so it takes SO long before he can get his Aegis Reflector, which is one of his main moves that makes him fun to play as! Hopefully he will be buffed a bit in a later patch.

Itās October and with that comes a spook-tacular Street Fighter V update.
Weāre happy to announce seven new Premium Halloween costumes and a special Halloween-themed version of the Russia stage for Street Fighter V. After the jump youāll notice jack-oā-lanterns, gravestones, zombie Cossack dancers and perhaps a familiar face or two in the background!
Each Premium Halloween costume is priced at $3.99 / ā¬3.99 / Ā£3.29 and the Halloween stage is priced at $1.99 / ā¬1.99 / Ā£1.29 or 40K Fight Money. As previously announced, all premium costumes from here on out will include colors 1-10. This special Halloween content will only be available for a limited time starting October 11th until November 29th so be sure to grab them on the PlayStation and Steam Stores to partake in the festivities.
Street Fighter V will also be making its way to New York Comic Con (Booth #1420) this week and we will be hosting several tournaments throughout the show, where winners will take home a limited edition PlayStation 4 faceplate. Attendees will also have a chance to try out all of the Halloween content for free at the Capcom booth before it is officially released on October 11th.

Im guessing Ken got left out of the cool ones since they always give him the most ridiculous outfits of the bunch. He will probably be a cowboy for thanksgiving or an elf for Christmas.

Yeah, for the PS2, but it wasnāt a very popular game and is considered non-canon by Capcom. The pants were only in Cammyās concept art, as she wore booty shorts in the finished game:
