This is true but so long as she’s in Instinct mode if you and get her to lose her daggers and keep them off her she loses that range on you.
Cinder’s bombs DO have a timer and they don’t do any chip damage except for the shadow version. If you feel you’re being cornered just wait until he’s close enough to try and do something stupid. If he attempts any attacks like his DP you can block it and tap LP in mid air. Another thing though is: if you’re a zoner you can him when he’s close to be hit by a fast attack, such as Glacius ice-lance. He can only have three bombs out at once, and a smart Cinder will only throw out three at a time. If you hit Cinder the bombs fizzle out.
If you use a Shadow move you can clear right through them with ease. But the thing is. If you don’t want Kan-ra getting any range with those scarabs get in his face.
Sure none of this is that easy but when you consider that there are some match-ups these characters have problems with against other characters.
Course if you’d like maybe in season3 they can take the Tekken route and have no body throw anything, a whole roster of rushdowns!(sarcasm)
in all seriousness though there is always a way around them. Depends on who you main.
It’s getting less likely by the minute, but I wouldn’t rule it out completely until Nov. 1. Remember when they made announcement that Rash would be playable in beta immediately?
Having said that, if they don’t drop him I suspect it has as much to do with avoiding the Halo 5 hype train as Shago not being ready.
Lol I remember. I actually was watching it, and when they said that, I took a double take at the screen and my Xbox. I was like," *Processing…Processing…RASH IS OUT AS BETA?
Do you think it could be this? I wouldn’t doubt it. I personally think it might be that they are fine tuning him. I’m sure he is done, but they are making sure everything works properly. Then, we will have a release soon, but friends are telling me when they said End of the year, they meant it, like 2nd week of December. However, these are my friends speculations.
Well, in real life the answers are always complicated. I don’t think they have finished him off, put him on a shelf in a box and will wait to dust him off the day before release. If he hasn’t been released they are probably still tweaking things- and will keep doing that right up until the update installs on people’s X1 (if not beyond). But my opinion is that he’s probably at least as “finished” as some of the S2 characters at launch. I’ve been wrong about things before and I have no inside info, but that is my guess.
Frankly, I think it would be a little nuts for them to drop him into the hype storm on X1 right now. Halo 5 (even though I have no interest) is a huge deal for xbox. So why introduce Shago when he will be drowned out by the noise? They probably want to use it at least a little bit as a PR announcement for season 3.
Having said that, I can’t really predict whether that means they will drop him in Nov. or Dec. As far as I’m concerned, we are already nearing the end of the year. I will say, though, that I expect him to drop with zero or very little announcement ahead of time. Not a “Shago will be out in two weeks,” more like “Shago is coming tomorrow” or “Shago is already on your xbox. Didn’t you notice?”
While it is a good point that Halo 5 has the spotlight right now, I think the entire holiday season will be cluttered at this point, with the likes of Tomb Raider in November as well. I been playing more KI in anticipation for the Shadow Jago update and the probable flood of people coming back online to get in on learning him. Hopefully the Shadow Jago update injects a decent amount of freshness bridging Season 2 and 3.
A LOT people gets the xbox one that day. If somebody goes online and people are learning a new char, there will be a lot of people playing that day, both newcomers and us.
IMO shago will be out that week. Not later, but maybe sooner.
The other day is halloween. A big update with halloween accesories and shago. But seems unlikely
If you take the Character Select screen as the order in which characters’ stories will be updated, the week of Shadow Jago coincides with Thanksgiving week.
I could see updated story + potential trailer on that Monday, announcing for a Black Friday-ish release.
I think we should have learned by now that if given a timeframe such as “by the end of the year” we should consider December 31st as a possible date. If I told you “sometime in 2016” would you have the slightest idea?
I dont get why they just dont say anything. character is pretty much done probably, but they keep him secret, like if it’s a big deal.
just ■■■■■■■ release it, instead of wasting time,
they are probably spacing it to avoid a 5 month period with virtually nothing new. Have in mind, shadows and bug patches aside, Shadow Jago is the last meaty update till S3 release.
Shago’s release will mark the start of the long empty road until March
