i just lost all my shadow points … for the past month what that hell . tha is not fair… please i need it back alot of months if work
Shadow Lab crash:
Playing as Hisako while doing bounties, probably got around 10 in, and came up against an Aganos in the list (I THINK I hit the button to select him, but this happened yesterday), which crashed to the xbox home menu while still in the menus (never reached a fight). Now any time I go to the shadow lab and hit Y to try again, I get into a nasty freeze bug where the sound is looping every ~0.1 seconds. I can’t do anything to reach my bounty achievement now…

Forget a fix, can we please just get an acknowledgement that the achievement is being looked into at least??
It indeed is. I don’t have a time frame for when the update will happen but it has been fixed.
Shadow Lab is crashing the game when i press “Y”
For the record, this is exactly what happens to me as well.
I think Sabrewulf stage still has problems of brightness and color.

Shadow lab hard crashes the game everytime I hit Y to look at Shadow Activity
Game freezes/crashes when I attempt to access shadow lab activity.
It worked fine for about an hour, did some shadow matches and when I came back now it’s busted.
Still no word ?
At the character select screen, the “Random Stage” icon is completely black until it is selected.
In ranked, at least.
There were three instances of my game crashing right before the match started in Shadow Lab. Basically after selecting the stage and after the versus screen but before the intros. It seemed to occur randomly because I fought four other shadows without any issues in the same time period.
I can almost never get past the Ultratech loading screens. It either loads forever (about 75% of the time) or it doesn’t. However, due to the high-rate of never-ending loading (which I can’t even back out of, which forces me to restart the game every time; I’ve even fallen asleep waiting for it only to wake up the next morning to find it STILL loading), it always inevitably happens at some point 100% of the time) because of how often it loads (after every fight, for example). It makes the shadow lab all but impossible to play for long periods of time (if I’m even lucky enough to get in to begin with) and has been happening since the last major update… :’(

Opponent death sound scripting issue
This has happened 3 times (that I can count/am aware of) and Fortunately, I have clips of all 3, though it seems to be hard to pin down the exact cause from the consumer end. When I believe a combo or hit has connected, my opponent is apparently killed (in terms of the audio) and the death sound plays, sometimes without the echo effect. However, the opponent is still alive so as a result can open me up for a full combo whilst I believe they’re still dead:
