If I remember right, only 1 person has to beat her in Shadow Lords with ShinSako on the team through Beam for them to release it early.
It’s a good promo for the Beam service.
So you would have to have a beam app and broadcast to get her or just hope someone else unlocks her for everyone else?
No guys. It’s through the KI Beam channel with Beam’s controls.
If it were just to find Shin Hisako in SL and beat Gargos we would have her in 30 minutes.

Speaking of Rukari, he said something about prizes and codes but we haven’t heard anything about that since. I’m sure they’re exhausted after all the work leading up to/during KIWC so I don’t prod, but I want to hold them to it once they’re back in the fray.

@GeneralScrebor Its probably gonna work like this,
Rukari gets build with Shin Hisako and for 3 hours a day starting on the 14th until the 21st, we get to play with her in our SL team using Beam’s interactive controls. If we can beat Gargos during that time, she gets unlocked early for everyone.
Don’t quote me on the time frame, I heard Rukari say that we’ll have until the 21st during the panel but he might have misspoken.
Also, I’m not sure how its going to work, whether we’re all doing separate playthroughs at the same time or do we get together in chat and do it DnD-style by discussing and selecting a diplomatic option.
That might be problem for me. I don’t think I even have beam, also I think that beam’s feature unique to members of the preview program, which also excludes me. I guess I just have to wait
Its an input system in your browser, no preview program or anything. Beam is basically Twitch but with interactivity like this.

Also it apparently starts in 30 minutes according to the KIWC panel. From 10 am → 5 pm PST each day till March 21.
Mmmm, I will give it a try in about 3 hours.

Alright @rukizzel , time to pester you. You said something about prizes and codes earlier in the thread. I don’t mean to nag, but my curiosity is killing me!
Just from a little bit of time playing the CPU Shin Hisako, i can tell it’ll be interesting to play against her. 
And im convinced she’s got dirt. And loads of it just from theorizing…
Some notes when playing against her as Kim Wu…
Odd thing i “think” i noticed though. If there was a situation where Shin Hisako had the hands out under me, and she shadow countered me, the hands took priority before the shadow counter.
Also…i “think” that teching a grab with the hands under you will ignore the break animation and youll be snatched immediately.
Speculation?
