Again with what ifs. What if DH was never bought out by Amazon I honestly wouldn’t know what would’ve happened but they did get bought out and KI was in limbo and had it not been for IG KI would have died again.

Omen is no more unique than the other remixes. He is literally made of Saberwulf, Jago and Shago animations with some new stuff thrown in. But he is still somehow able to stand on his own.

Iron Galaxy did NOT kill Killer Instinct. They took what Double Helix revived and made it even better. Killer Instinct is an awesome fighting game and I am so happy the franchise was revived.

That doesn’t mean everything in the game is perfect though! The game has many flaws, and there are things in the game I do not agree with, such as the clone characters, guest characters, the different story modes for the different seasons, the fact not all characters will get Ultimates


To roll it around though, that doesn’t mean I hate the game! IG made some decisions I don’t agree with, but the game is still good! And Iron Galaxy did an amazing job, imo. I just wish they did some things differently

 Shin Hisako? Just like I said with Kilgore, I understand why they are making these clone characters
 it’s cheaper and it’s easier to grab some assets already in the game and alter them to make something different. But thing is, it isn’t what I personally like. I want unique and new characters, I want originality, I want entirely new designs. IG gave us that in Season 2, and it was absolutely awesome!

To me, this shows that the game is at its last breath. These clone characters are just something extra, its what they can afford to make within the end of the game’s life. It’s like they just want to add SOMETHING, so they are trying to claw at the last bits and pieces left to do that.

It’s disappointing to me. But it is what it is.

I believe we will see a season 4. The characters will be all the characters from the survey. Also 4wins. We have some characters for now to cover the space between season3 and season 4. That is why they do not name these characters season 4 characters. Because season 4 is something different.

Could be Overwatch’s Genji but its most likely Eagle since it will be a new character and not a remix. The only problem here is this game getting broken in a way that some characters get remix variation and some other don’t. Some are getting ultimate finisher some other don’t. KI are turning into a incomplete broken game with broken features like the lacking of stages and stage sharing. Limited number of finishing moves and just a few characters having variations. By this point every original character in the game should receive an ultimate and a remix variation. And those who lacking stages should get their own stage as well. Character select should be reworked to support original fighter and its remix on the same slot saving it for real new characters. Thats kinda strange microsoft, dont be afraid to put some money on this game we love. But if things keep going like this, it’s time to drop KI once for all, at least for me.
