With the colour choice for her default costumes I was kinda hoping her main jacket would change instead of staying purple/blue since I feel some of palettes looks kinda weird on her imo

The jacket is an accessory. So you can probably change it to match the different colors.
Though we havenāt seen what the accessories do yet, I really like the red and black edit.

IG has to care about keeping a certain standard of quality, so making a retro of lesser detail is just not good enough. Though IG didnāt make Sabrewulfās retro, it is obviously of lower quality than mostly every other retro altā¦ I mean, he looks like a drowned rat. And thatās just not good enough!
Same was with Orchidās retro which simply looked really flat in colour, however, by adding more detail to her costume, it came to life and looks better now.
So obviously IG shouldnāt go down on quality and detail for the rest

That photoshop does look good and it is more true to the original KI2 design without compromising quality.
Itās easier to Photoshop than to implement it in a game. Just saying.
This is true. The photoshop took the already created model that IG made and just changed a few things.

Colors are cool but Kim Wu didnt have shorts with it tho, it was just the cloth and it should be longer. Happy my fav character is back 
Not all Classic stay true to the original. Just look at Reptile from MK 2 & MKX.
The Mask Portion in the MKX version is Open, which in the MK II one it is not. Also, Reptileās skin is Human skin in MK II, While in MKX, it is more Reptilian. The Chest part is also a bit bulkier, and sharp edged in MK II, while MKXās is more rounded. That being said, itās a classic costume, bit not exactly like the āClassicā from MK II. So technically, not a āTrueā Retro, like you guys are saying, but faithful enough to be considered a classic costume.
Same thing with Kim.

Exactly my point. Not even MKX has a True Retro for all characters. One of itās most beloved Ninjas has things that are different than the āOriginal.ā For another character, not that bad, but for the OG Ninjasā¦ Big Deal apparentlyā¦
