I thank you @KRAKENJIMMY and @PCKPharrohYami for having attended to my post.
We look forward to improvements!
In my KI, in the part of the installed items, I’m noticing that many characters do not appear as installed on the console, and the TJ Combo character appears in the “ready to install”. And even installing it, it returns to appear as not installed, and in the game it works normally.
Christmas skins have reappeared in the store, and shin hisako is still unavailable. Lobbys still do not work with more than 2 people, and I can not enter them inviting by my friends in their lobbys(the question that appears before entering lobby by invitation does not even appear).
I know how you much they must be running to solve the problem, and I’ll be always reporting any improvement or worsening (and I hope I’m not being unpleasant about it). I only ask for a little understanding as to time and when I writing if it the text leaves with errors. The translator does not work miracles … Thanks for all the attention and awaiting news!

We have updated a file (last night) that should fix the Holiday Accessory Banner showing up in the KI Store.
Please let me know if you either A) used to have it & now it’s gone. Or B) never had it and now it’s showing up.
Or C) have been having it show up/go away off & on for awhile anyway & what you are seeing now.

No other bugs were part of this fix, still working on those which require an game update next week.

Confirmed, xmas accessories no more appearing!! Used to hav it now its gone. Still having all the other problems…

The same here. As soon as I’m looking for a new player, sometimes the screen freezes up and the annoying sound appears, followed up by a crash. When I get back into the game and try the multiplayer, there’s an advice that says that I signed out during a match, and I’ll be penalized with points! That’s b.s

I’m my case, I bought shin hisako since her release and I can’t play it on multiplayer, it says it’s not available. The game crashes constantly and I’ve been penalized with points due those crashes!

Im still gettting matches oncsistently in Rnaked but EX takes along time or nothing…but thats ok…Ranked is fine. No other issues for me.

Good morning!

  • Shin Hisako is not available to use, even opening the game for the Definitive Edition application, on any account.
  • The shadow survival is not working either here (an error appears, which forces you to close and reopen the game, as there is no option to return to the dark laboratory directly).
  • In the store, Christmas accessories also no longer appear, but Shin Hisako appears as available.
  • The TJ bug still does not appear as installed on the game selection screen and updates (when we put the physical media) continues, however it is available in-game.
  • In the Shadow lab, counter breakers and Shadow Counters appear as ‘red errors’ when saving the shadow data, regardless of how often you perform it in the game correctly.Sometimes the friends list also does not appear when the challenge option is triggered, but appears on a second attempt.
  • Ranking still takes some time to find opponents.
    I’m waiting for the corrective pack, and I’m going through all the problems as soon as they appear.
    I really appreciate your attention!

I would not wager on a fix that fast. While they did state the plan was after Combo Breaker, which was awesome btw, highly doubt it’d come today on a national holiday.

It’s not in the cards. At this point, i’m just hoping the matchmaking gets resolved in time for the next PCK tournament so that Yami doesn’t have to shift his schedule around anymore. I’ve been tinkering in training mode since the problems started, but i’m ‘labbed out’ at this point. I want some actual players to contest against, but it’ll come when it comes.

Hi everyone. We have released an updated config file for MP (so it’s not an actual build update).
Everyone should now be on the same multiplayer search config so give it a try in exhibition, ranked, lobby, etc. and let us know if things are back to normal!

Also, anyone that only had Kilgore missing, should now be seeing him (does not fix Shin H. missing).

The big news is that we have a build in test that addresses all the issues. Will update on release ETA once this clears testing.

First of all, a HUGE thank you is in order to James and the rest of the team for being diligent in working on these issues with the community while keeping us informed. It’s nice to know some studios do care.

Unfortunately, MP is still not working well for me, ranked or exhibition. I am still getting the endless search. The other issues I previously had clear themselves up usually after a reboot or two.

Keep reporting so we can check back and see how big the population was at the time (to rule out bad luck).

Still no isseus for me. I can get a Ranked match it 5 seconds or less. Exhibiton takes longer than ussual but today it took 30 seconds each itme and the sam edude kept leaving at the READY screen LOL. The game did freeze and crash after having to search for a 5th time since he kept leaving.

But once I went to ranked … super quick every search.
