Yes, Iāve heard of fan service. But talking about people wanting Cinder in season 2 and talking about who ādeservesā an ultimate in what order arenāt the same thing.
Also, I can guarantee that at least some of that Cinder hype came from the fact that season 2 was almost at an end and he was the only original KI character that hadnāt returned yet.

I meant that they likely value all characters equally, especially in terms of who gets an ultimate, so stuff like which character appeared on the box or the arcade cabinet or who was an āoriginalā or who was in an earlier season or whatever likely doesnāt matter and shouldnāt matter.
If I like character A, why should I have to take a back seat just because of some arbitrary fact like character B was in season 2 and character A is in season 3? Thatās all I was trying to get at. Probably shouldnāt have mentioned that theyāre fictional characters but I just meant that as a way to put them all on the same wavelength. Not that theyāre unimportant or āwho caresā or whatever. I couldāve phrased that point better.

Nah, if the releases are based on Shadow Lords factions, then the next will be the Chaos faction. These are the supernatural monster characters and characters aligned with Gargos.

Wrong. Ken Lobb himself hated Eyedol. He was against putting this character in the game. Iām quite sure even after all the changes he received he still hating him like all other people who call him cheap or claim for nerfs over that character. Itās just an example btw.

Sorry, my bad. Iām sure that every individual developer has their preferences just as we all do. Theyāre human beings after all. However, as a TEAM, Iām fairly certain they wouldnāt play favorites. Is that diplomatic enough for you?
So they should only give us things that we specifically ask for? Thatās not how game development works, nor should it. They ask for our input, but at the end of the day, they make the game that they think the most people will like, not just the fans that come to this board.

I know that people have been asking for him since season one, but when you talk about people wanting him in season 2, Iām saying that PART of the reason why people were really wanting him at that specific time was because he was the last original character. People didnāt want him to slip in to season 3 because we didnāt even know if there was going to be a 3rd season at that time.
What? How do you ācrushā something with a fireball? I mean, I guess the heatā¦ Yeah I dunno. Either way, the character has flames around them after the fireball lands. Theyāre not going to show a toasted skeleton, at least thatās what Iām guessing. So what more do you realistically want?

Never heard of it. Iāve heard they were not interested on putting Eyedol because he was cheap with two or 3 sets of moves and doesnt have the character appeal for people of today. Like nobody else would like this character just for being that monster he is.
Thanks for reminding me that I hate 90% of youtube. I watched about 20 seconds, and that was all I could stand. Using some morons youtube video does not help your cause. All most everything he said is now wrong, so next time you want to use a video, try and make sure it is current and not 3 years old.
Ken Lobb did not hate the character Eyedol. He did not like his old design, and that was it.
Now I know you are going to want to argue about this, but Kilgore was asked for. There were questions about using remix characters. The difference is that the survey talked about a Merc Cinder, and a shark that used TJās moves. Kilgore just works better for the story, than a Shark TJ or A Ben Farris character.
If you donāt like what KI is be comming then donāt play it. Donāt act like playing another game is some big deal. Alot of us here play more than KI, we just donāt announce it, or use it as some lame threat.

First your hate upon youtube are not of my concern. Second youāre calling one of the most acclaimed youtube gaming channels of morons. Very clever. I use whatever videos i want and it proves my point on how many times people were requesting those things for KI and how old are these requests.

Its sad when things like this happen. It was doing pretty good but not anymore. I used to enjoy this game but things are turning pretty strange with KI. Its my ā ā ā ā ā ā right complain about something Iāve spent money. Iāve paid for the 3 seasons and now they deliver this weird stuff.
Who cares how acclaimed they are? Why is that relevant to what they were actually saying in that video?

You have no idea whether or not he kept this opinion throughout or if this is still his opinion. Honestly, Adam was kinda crap-talking Eyedol and did that partially to throw us off the scent considering that theyād been planning on putting him in season 3 since the very beginning.
You donāt even know her story yet! How can you say sheās a paradox character when you know absolutely nothing about her. For all you know, she touched the katana and her physical form was separated from her ghost-like essence. Whatever, thereās a million and one ways to write around this without negating Hisakoās existence. Your inability to think of any of them doesnāt make that any less true.
Itās absolutely your right, just be aware that people will challenge you on your opinions, even if you have every right to state them.
If you donāt like the current direction, I can respect that. Iām not big on guest characters and I donāt love the way Kilgore looks or plays. However, I love Mira, Gargos and Eyedol and Tusk and Kim are okay enough. Iām also psyched to see what a human Hisako will play like.
Do yourself a favor and keep trying to see the good. Stay optimistic. If you donāt like character 3, then so be it. Maybe the post season content didnāt work out for you. Maybe there will be a season 4 and maybe there wonāt. Maybe youāll like whatever comes after character 3 and maybe you wonāt.
All you can do is keep an open mind and maybe try and adjust your expectations so youāre not just drawing a line in the sand and getting disappointed every time somethingās not exactly what you want it to be.
