Ultratech was able to develop ARIA thanks to the salvaged technology found in the UFO crash from the Roswell incident. If Roswell’s UFO was the criminal that Glacius took down, we don’t know yet.

I think the crashed UFO was the criminal’s downed ship, there’s not much point mentioning that Glacius presumed the ship burnt up in the atmosphere otherwise. It also explains why Aria is so mistrustful of Glacius and his species, as her impression of extraterrestrial life was predicated on studying the technology of the criminal’s ship, who was unlikely to be the most ethically discerning in his choice of weaponry (especially seeing as Aria used this tech to build a space laser to shoot him out of orbit).
Interestingly, if my assumptions are correct then Ultratech wouldn’t actually exist as the globally dominant supercorporation if Glacius had made sure to finish the job when the criminal’s ship crashed on Earth. No alien tech would mean no Aria.

Me thinks this criminal supposedly ended up in Gargos’ dimension and may have adapted powers from there, if he is the same race as Glacius.
This is possible. Its still kinda sad how quick she was to judge him though. even though the criminal could of likley been the exception, not the rule.
Hmmm idk but Cthutlhu would be an interesting reference for that angle.
The visual team could take clues from the backstories and create proper alternate costumes instead of Halloween masks and joke gloves etc.

Give Glacius an infinite version of Vergil’s sword in Instinct…what? I must he crazy? Just give him some more shape shifting stuff in Instnct.
Picture a stick figure; now, picture it being incredibly malleable because it doesn’t have bones. Once you’ve done that, you have a pretty good idea of what Glacius is.
