I like the idea of the big bell 
dress as it’ll just contrast well against the existing characters and put emphasis on the upper half of her body so she won’t be kick heavy.

Killer Instinct is about Classic In-Your-Face action tropes.
People (like you) see the huge variety in the cast and MISINTERPRET it to mean “Any sub-genre can be in KI”.
Most of your list is way too out of place, modern, or specific.
And your argument about “Generic” makes no sense at all. Jago, Sabrewulf, Fulgore, Thunder, Riptor, Shadow Jago, Tusk, and TJ are all SUPER generic. KI is about taking something “generic”, and making it EVEN MORE “generic”, until it becomes awesome.
You watch anime, right? So you should know all about this. Every new anime tries to be “more anime” than all of the others before it. Bigger Mechs, Better super powers, More ninja skills, More insta-death touches, Edgier demons… ect. But none of them ever over-reach and include anything out of place. That is close to what KI is like. So let it do it’s thing, and stop trying to over-saturate it with out of place ideas.

Jesus guys calm down, they’s are just ideas thrown out that may or may not work depending on how it’s implemented into the game’s overall design (a design challenge). It’s not the end of the world or KI if someone post an idea (huuuuuuuge emphasis) in the KI forums.
Next thing you know there’ll be a thread with a poll about banning the word “Guest”, “Tea-bag”, “Taunt” and “Japanese” because it offends and triggers the KI community.

I just typed “loli” into Google images to see if i could find anything that would look good in KI.
I expected to see a ton of the loli fighting game characters from games like MUGEN, but no…
Instead you see tons of Japanese Pedo ■■■■ Panty-Shots, teenage guys rubbing against young girls, and some blood / bdsm artwork.
Even after trying to DISPROVE MYSELF by being open to the ideas of the people in this thread, i now feel MORE strongly than ever that the OP’s idea is a horrible one.
Can this revelation please be the nail in the coffin for this topic? I think the results of the Google search should be MORE than enough evidence about why “Lolis” and “Killer Instinct” should be as FAR AWAY from each other as possible.
