Windows 10 version crashing during matchmaking

Ahh, I have to remain Gold even though I’m on PC now? That’s probably the issue.

I would assume so, it’s technically through Xbox. Though I MAY be wrong, so don’t quote me there.

Well I appreciate the replies. I want to be a little more specific with my issue for anyone else who may read this.

The issue I’m having is that I can get into a few matches, but at one point I’ll be searching for a long time and when I try to back out I soft lock on the cancelling search screen. It’s not a CTD, but I have to close the game out. I have to go into task manager to completely close it out and this happens every time I play. I’ve updated the game, Xbox app, my drivers all appear up to date, and I passed the performance test. I don’t think it’s a membership issue, because I can still find a match or two before the game locks up.
