I’d love it if Ben Farris was the bonus character and he was unlocked as the reward for beating Gargos with Eyedol once that DLC comes out. I’d say save Eagle for season 4. Leave the bonus characters as variants of existing characters.
Unless this is the final season, of course. In which case… Eagle please!!

How can there even be a human Ben Farris? he can throw pyro, he cant do inferno, he cant to the fission clap, he cant shoot through the air with trial blazer. What could he possible do besides a Guile FLp kick??
He wasnt in to Pyro tech before the transformation so even having some back pack flame tech wouldn’t even make sense.
I dont see that character ever happening unless its just a SKIN for fun.
Highly unlikely. I doubt his current condition woul allow him to fight considering his circumstances at the time.
The soundtrack releases on oct 25th, so that should be a good deadline to hope for a bonus char. After that Date chances are low imo cuz how will they deploy the char soundtrack ?
If he’s his own character, then why would you want him to do everything that Cinder does to begin with? Give him the same cocky attitude and maybe use the same animation for a type of bomb toss, keep his flip kick, then change everything else to make him completely unique.
I’d love to see what they could do with a human military / mercenary take on Cinder. Maybe multi-part throws with joint locks, takedowns in to breakable /counter-breakable grounded strikes…
Well, that’s just one idea anyways. I’m just saying they’d have options. I’d definitely take him over rushdown Glacius, Ent Aganos, perhaps Shadow Orchid and definitely Shark TJ. I’d still love to see human Sabrewulf or human Spinal as well, though the latter would probably be better off as a skin.
If we’re talkin bonus characters though, any chance anyone would want to see the old floaty trading Sage from KI Gold? It’s not just the “must have everyone from the past” completionist nostalgiaphile me, I’d love to have that kind of trope for a trope-filled game like KI because I’d love to see what IG could do with that. I also think the story could use that guiding force for the heroes. Maybe he could turn out to be a powerful Ichorien and a “big bad guy” boss in the next game, but he’d be an opponent for the forces of darkness?
I just don’t see nay of those ideas happening realistically. They just dont add anything new to the game IMO. They would be forever overshadowed by the original character versions.

Eagle as a bonus character? Aren’t bonus characters supposed to be…well you know “secretive?” Someone like eagle doesn’t’ really deserve to be a bonus character.
I can respect that, but let me ask you this… Do you think Shago adds anything new to the game? I think he does, both from a gameplay perspective and a story perspective. If they can do that with Shago, why not one of these other character ideas as well?
Take Ben Farris for example:
Suppose Cinder’s betrayed by ARIA. The experiments done on him were only temporary, and she was using him to perfect the technology. She’d never give such unmitigated power to a wild card that had been contracted to kill her. She uses the data from the Ben Farris experiments to take Project Cinder to the next level; a perfect Cinder; strong and resourceful, but also obedient to her.
So where does Ben go from here? Does he side with the resistance? Would he betray them to prove his loyalty to ARIA? Does he make it his mission to take out Perfect Cinder? What if he was against ARIA the whole time and still working his original contract?
Maybe Perfect Cinder’s a gold color 10 with a unique set of gold accessories, but you actually get that name appear when you select him and it’s announced that way as well.
Anyways, that’s just an “as I’m typing it” idea, so if you don’t like it, no problem. I’m just saying that there are options. They’re good at putting stuff like this together. I mean, look what they did with Shago! 
I dunno what that really has to do with what new thing he would bring to the game. From your previous post it sounds like you want him to be a grappler with a non-traditional projectile, but we already have several of those. Not that you couldn’t do another one and make it interesting, but each character (for the most part) has a specific concept or mechanic that drives their design. What would that be for your Ben Farris?
ARIA planned the whole thing for Ben. He was wrapped around her metal finger the whole time. He just didn’t know it till he was captured.

I guess I was speaking from a story perspective here, as to how Ben wouldn’t be redundant or how he and Cinder could both exist.
As for gameplay, I thought that multi-part joint lock grappling moves and a grappling move that could take a character to the ground for breakable / counter breakable combos would be pretty unique, but if you don’t like that, then that’s cool. No big deal. I thought it’d be pretty interesting.
I’m not trying to justify this character’s existence by using my own, personal ideas for him. Again, that was all off the top of my head. I’m just saying that he could be done and done well just as I believe Shago was.
I dont know …I just dont see how a human version of cinder could be equal to or better than fire Cinder.
Yes Shago brings something to the game. Maybe they have some cool ideas that we just arent thinking of…who knows. Maybe we will find out one day.
But I dont think they will do Mira’s stage and these bonus ideas. Its gonna be one or the other or nothing.
Well I mean we have Kilgore who is a modified clone of Fulgore. So a modified clone of Thunder with new moves wouldn’t hurt now would it?
It won’t but unless Glacius does somehting to get him back in good condition, we may not know.
