Fulgore’s default head is an accessory and it changes colors.

fulgore is a robot…all of his body changes to match his colors…humans have a different color scheme
I’d actually like for the default coat to have color variations as well. I was thinking it would have different accessory colors, but seems like it only comes in the purple version (with her “Extreme” and “DJ” sets having the different colors).
I actually like her default coat; was looking forward to having it in black. :-/

I hope you can remove the coat, I think she would look great sleeveless especially the tatts.

Wonder if they will include certain coloured jackets for it in the future.

I’m guessing they’re going to add the other Jacket colors as accessories so, players can mix and match the jacket independently. Even if that’s the case I’d still prefer Wu’s alts to have a matching jacket by default

This always confused me. Seems like giving the Default and Premium Accessories color variations would be easy and efficient. Doesn’t work with all characters, but there’s certainly room to grow.
puzzled by this as well. I get that it’s an accessory, but it just makes the underlying colors starkly contrast and overall looks ugly with some of the selections. I plan on using her pretty seriously and I would like it if the accessories could be made to match. or HEY!?!?!? HOW ABOUT A COLOR WHEEL, IG!?!?!?

If it is indeed the final version I would assume due to financial reasons and time constraints. It’s essentially part of her character model, All that changes colors are her other accessories. Why they decided to have her “jacket” remain purple at all times is beyond me, maybe they ran out of color on MS paint or just didn’t have the time or money to color code the other sets to match their colors better.
Theres lots of aesthetic inconsistencies throughout this game and most of them have been due to developer woes, time deadlines, and most importantly financial/budget issues. Luckily they have focused alot of their resources on the competitive aspects although they have fixed some aesthetic stuff in the process as well.

This doesn’t seem intentional to me, TJ’s entire outfit is customizable and the default changes with the colors.

All this emphasis on visual improvements, lighting, etc. yet ironically we were shown screenshots of Kim Wu’s default colors and they all look visually terrible ONLY due to the fact that the color of the jacket doesnt change. If this is intentional, I don’t know what the heck the design team at IG was smoking this season when they were putting these colors together. In all seriousness, this kind of thing has to stop. Is there any logical reason as to why Kim Wu’s retro bridal accessory overlaps her martial arts attire? How do we go from Tj Combo’s character model’s ability to fully swap the head, torso, and legs but Kim Wu gets stagnant, overlapping accessories?

Yeah the design choices have been on and off weird between characters and their costumes/accessories. This one was a really weird design choice. I could see if the jacket itself had other colors in the accessories but it doesn’t.
