I’m the same way. When I heard he was one of the two, it kind of made me upset. At the same time, I have asked myself how good he could’ve been had Iron Galaxy been the one to develop him. Guess I have to be careful what I wish for and will finally get to see their Ice Monster.
Hmm… I think it’s likely Kan-Ra and Glacius will see changes, but will they be the two characters that are “reworked” on a seemingly large scale? I have my doubts… I’d take this bet if you’re actually serious about putting money on it.

Where did you hear this? I haven’t seen any specific names mentioned. Just curious.
I have my sources. Was the one to tell everyone Gargos will be the last character for S3 back in December 2014, and now look. S3 is confirmed and so is Gargos.
No matter what we think, anything could happen. When I think about who will be reworked, I either think of who is boring or who can beat an opponent who is doing everything right (such as Kan Ra or Maya). I still have my fingers crossed for thunders fullscreen comand grab and Gruntilda as a guest character 
I don’t like to gamble honestly that’s why I never throw out Counter Breakers 
even if I know it will land.

TJ Combo
His default model, design, & animations are pretty bad. They had the right idea with his Retro Costume, and IG learned a lot about how to build characters after TJ’s release in the beginning of S2; so I believe they’re going to head more towards that direction with a new look and animations.
Omen
His look is crappy. I don’t think his playstyle will change much, but I believe IG has some better ideas for his look, now that they’ve had time to reflect.
