What are some video games that have (among a number of things) left really deep lasting marks, impressions, and even impacts on you as well as deeply stuck with you and etched into your whole being (including your mind/psyche)?
There are several games that have done ALL OF THE ABOVE to me and they include:

Now out of all of these games I just listed/mentioned, the one game that currently left the BIGGEST mark, impression, and impact on as well as WHOLEHEARTEDLY stuck with me and etched into my ENTIRE being (including my mind/psyche) personally is Ori and the Blind Forest. Here are my own personal reasons on why that became the case for me now:
-Mario Bros. 3
-Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution 2
-Naruto Shippuden Clash of Ninja Revolution 3
-Super Street Fighter IV:3D Edition
-Super Street Fighter IV:Arcade Edition(Free with Gold and I eventually updated to Ultra)
-Killer Instinct
These 5 games basically brought me into fighting games. The Naruto games brought me into the genre. They felt like fast-paced Tekken games in a way. The Street Fighter 4 games brought me to the competitive side of fighting games. Killer Instinct was the first fighter I actually took seriously though. Mario Bros 3 on the Gameboy Advance was my first video game though

Extermination - A old PS2 game if i remember right. I basically remember that game being quiet as hell and spooking me so hard that i got maybe 1/2 through the game and never picked it up again.

Seriously, the other day out of the blue I got a song from Legend of Legaia stuck in my head, and I haven’t even played it since it was first released on PlayStation around 2000-ish. And that game wouldn’t even go on a list of top games I would make.
