First off funk the casuals 
not every games are for the kids or the noobs, and generaly these games are bad or boring.
And all the versions of VF5 has sold more than SFV.
You say VF is slow, but it’s BS cause there is a lot of things where you need a huge skill to react and play right, every moves and hits count !
lol the casuals… See what happened to KI in end Season 2 and Season 3 ? Combo Assist, break and timing indication on screen, easier inputs, noob friendly guest characters… and what ? Everybody quit the game cause it’s bad and boring now.

First that not true people still play killer intinct. Second why did you need to bring up Killer instinct to prove your point and if you think its bad and boring why are you still here. Third do you really think their are millions hardcore/competitive players + plays Virtua fighter than your wrong. Fourth that was ten years ago when virtua fighter was one of the only fighting games still alive and it now 2016 where we have Street fighter 5, Smash 4, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat XL, Guilty Gear XrD Revelator, Skull girls, Tekken 7, Injustice 2, and Pokken Tournaments. Fighting Games are bigger and there is more completion for virtua fighter. But One thing you need to remember no matter how hardcore the game is you still need casuals to keep it going because with out them their will be no sales.

Yes on the earth there is billions people and millions hardcore players of course.
The people who buy Virtua Fighter are not the casual ones who play 1 day in a month, the real VF players play almost everyday.
And yes like you say VF5 is ten years, but it’s still the best fighting game between the examples that you gave.

Ha ha ha ha. Lol there is only 2 versions of vf5 well technically 3. Do you have the sales charts of how much it sold? Cause its hard to take you serious that it sold more than sf5 when sf5 still has lots of room to get more sales.
I never said anything of the sort you are trying to take what i said out of context. I never said that i didn’t like virtua Fighter nor did i say change it. If go back and read what i posted then i clearly said nothing of the sort. The probability of what you said is low because first fighting games is a niche genre and then you only want hardcore to play you just cut that even smaller and then make that only specific to virtua fighter that is a pretty low number. From what I read of your post your love virtua fighter and is very passionate about it but your being Irrational how you want things to work. Lastly if Virtua fighter 5 was really the best the scene would of never died and if it sold like you said you would of had a 6 by now but we don’t because VIRTUA FIGHTER IS NOT A POPULAR OR SUCCESSFUL FRANCHISE SALES WISE so as much as you want to say hardcore are everything their not and their is not enough to produce enough sales to keep sega wanting to make another or able to make a profit.
All the VF5 versions PS3/X360 = 2 millions yes.

Anyone have new characters to think about? Fighting styles that haven’t been used in fighting games lately and those that haven’t appeared in VF yet?
You are obviously a big fan of the game, and that’s awesome, but there’s no need to act like that and degrade other people, just because they don’t see through the same glasses as yours. You are being unnecessarily arrogant and rude.

I actually really love VF5 as a casual game. I love to just play the arcade game mode (not ladder) in that game. It’s like a mock-up of arcade culture and I absolutely love it, reminds me of the Pokemon TCG game for gameboy. I was capable of beating some people online, but I was never too great at it nor did I learn most of the nuances. I think that game was very fun for a casual player like me, so I signed. I haven’t played any other VF’s besides 5 though.

to make a better gameplay, next gen graphics, all the funny win poses, customization, new game modes, new characters…

That’s how I played it too, and my faves being Sarah and Jacky, but they are some of the easier characters to play as in the roster. But like I said, in the long run, it gets kinda boring to me. So unless Sega decides to spice the game up with some more interesting game modes, then I’m not really all that interested.
Like bring back Quest Mode ? aka the best mode in a fighting game ?
