Troubleshooting for Killer Instinct Anniversary Edition - Patches 3.11.15, 3.11.16 & 3.11.18

Hi, I just started to play KI through game pass on pc. I had a great time the first time I played (Ultra Combos are cool), but that was the only time i got to play. The game will boot go white, then black, and then it will close. I believe that someone had this issue before. h Thank you in advance

Hello. Since I applied the last update, the game has become very slow, to the point that it’s not
playable anymore. I tried to disable options such as antialiasing, reflection, ambient occlusion, and made sure to let Bloom activated. I set all the other graphic options low. Yet, the game is still very slow. I own the steam version. My specs: Intel(R) Core™ i5-10210U Ram 8 Go Nvidia Geforce MX250. Please help, I don’t know what to do anymore.

Have you disabled FSR2? That was my issue

Hi. I’m playing on Steam and having an issue where launching the game starts up a small window (sorry for the bad picture, I couldn’t get print screen to work) before the the program crashes. I’ve checked for Windows updates, Steam Client updates, tried verifying game files, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried to use Steam’s launch options to force it into full screen mode, and even tried the Gaminput service fix. I am at my wits end.

Have you tried the free windows store version to see if it has a similar issue?

Hi , I cant play this game i had my psical game and didnt, try update and more, and still bad need support asap , I documented all I live with these problem now so I can expose or u give me a solution

I can’t legally play my KI Definitive Edition game, even though they promised that those who had this edition would upgrade to the Anniversary Edition. Just like me, there are many people with physical Xbox One games who can’t play it. This is far from a minor issue that could taint the franchise I love, and I don’t want that. But I’m ready to make a video showing all this irregularity and with more witnesses if they don’t give me an adequate solution. In addition to a lot of work and time wasted trying to get in touch with me here.

I need support. I have my original copy of the game and the characters that should appear don’t appear. For some reason, it’s the definitive edition, which you were always going to have to have the characters. I feel cheated. If I don’t see them give me access to the full game

Microsoft/XBOX chat, phone, email support have been not much of any ‘support’. I am not able to install Anniversary. Are you able to see what is wrong on my account?

Don’t worry, bro, they’ll never answer you. I got tired of asking for explanations. You should know that the guy in charge was on that island everyone’s talking about, so you can’t expect anything good from them. I ended up throwing away everything Xbox One-related, including this Killer Instinct game and that physical Definitive Edition, which will only serve as a paperweight.
