I respectfully disagree but this isnāt the norm. Sometimes they at least manage to get the right solution whether or not their reasoning is sound.
Itās just weird to me that the story they pulled from with aria also showed clear evidence that glacius is far faster than subzero

I didnt like how they interpreted Glaciusā ice armor. Yes Sub-Zero chopped a titanium statue in half, but the point of Glaciusā armor is to break so he doesnāt.
And Iām not sure I agree with Sub-Zero winning either, KIās offense is way more intricate than MKās offense and Sub-Zeroās dial-a-combo buttons shouldāve been easily combobreaken. But lets put game mechanics aside for the sake of consistency.
I dont know enough about Sub-Zero to say if he shouldāve lost but I think the fight shouldāve been a lot closer for Glacius.

As a dedicated fan of both franchises, I agreed with their results. But I also agree there are instances where Glacius would win. But Iām also a HUGE Death Battle fan, and they have said on multiple occasions that the person who wins is the person who wins is the one who wins the majority of times, not every single time. Even if one person wins 52% of the time, and the other 48% of the time. I also know that the person who wrote this particular episode is a huge KI fan. ScrewAttackās own Nervous Nick. He is more likely to come out with bias AGAINST Sub-Zero, rather than for it.
And for all of the people talking about Glacius moving fast enough that ARIA couldnāt follow what he was doing. Sub-Zero has done the same thing with other powerful AIs, the Cyber Ninjas.

Gargos vs. Shao Khan
Honestly, I donāt know how that would go. I mean Gargos is definitely faster, but Shao Kahn is stupidly durable. And honestly they are just as strong as each other.

I donāt know many of Gargosā feats aside from beating Jago and Eyedol (which is still good in the KI universe). wasnāt he defeated when you de-powered him right?
in that case in terms of similarity he would be a good fight for Bison (SF5 or A3 version)
in terms of power i would match him up against Kahn though
Honestly, I want to see Gargos vs. Dormammu. I think the characters are more similar in both power, abilities, and modus operandi than most of the other video game boss suggestions.

I too would never pull a ā ā ā ā ā Attack is bias card; but that doesnāt mean they canāt get things wrong. I mean Aria is a much more advanced than the cyber ninjas. The cyber ninjas still has human parts donāt they?
Yes, but if I remember correctly, they are supposed to have computerized brains. They canāt show if in game because it would require new assets, but thatās what itās supposed to be in the lore.

Perhaps, but IIRC the Cyber Ninjas in MK still tend to have lots of human-esque failings and at times do some pretty incompetent things (have not looked into MK lore in a while, so I may just be talking out of my butt). Aria on the other hand, I donāt think anything she has done lore-wise could be considered incompetent.
Incompetance and arrogance are to very different things. A lot of the failings of the cyber ninjas can be chalked up to arrogance.
