Necalli has only 1 charge move the rest are motion…I think you are playing phase 2 of the beta where he was fully charge
Bison hasn’t changed? Of course he has
He does have new move in the game Psycho Blast and Psycho inferno
He has a new command normal Psycho Axe
His walk speed is massively slowed down
He can teleport dash
All his specials change in V-Trigger
He no longer has Psycho crusher as a special move
He can reflect Projectiles!!!
With his design…If he did get a drastic redesign there would be backlash…HARD BACKLASH
that why Capcom only slightly redesigned Bison to stay faithful to the original designs to keep the old fans and change him so he at least is slightly noticeable (trench coat and white hair), Zangief is one who I think should have at least gotten his cape for SF5 but at least he has new moves
Also if you don’t like his design…Look at the pre order costume and other alts at least he can be customised
Characters that often got a heavy redesign got some massive backlash e.g. Birdie, Cinder, Glacius (at first)
So to be honest he has changed a bunch from his SF2 apperance
If you could pick your top 10 street fighter characters who would they be and why?

With the exception of Ryu (who’s just good at everything, which is why he’s there), I chose these characters because they all brought something new to the games they were in and created new archetypes of control or play that didn’t exist before they were introduced. Also, I personally like a nice mix of play styles, so my top 10 characters cover just about every type of play, but do it in unique ways within their archetypes.
So DLC-wise, I’ve got a few to look fowards to and Sim and Karin in the initial roster (although R. Mika and Ken are both very fun). Hopefully, Oro, Makoto, and Rose won’t be 3 years out.

I guess what Im saying is look at the redesigns of KI compared to SF… KI redesigns are far more drastic , yet still great and fans are fine with it. SF… the changes are very subtle and to a spectator you cant really see much of a change at first glance
Im not hating on it…I will still play SF a little bit…but you have to admit…most of the characters look basically the same and work the same
Your right…he has 1 back forward charge and a up down move…i dont think the up down is charge but it may be…it doesnt work by a quick tap of up down though

Yeah I do admit it…Ken could of been so much more than a redesgin…He could of had his roll from alpha 3 or even his flip kick (like Sean) from CVS2…Ryu, Chun and Cammy I feel have not changed at all…Vega now wears a shirt but is no longer charge character…Birdie is a HUGE redesgin…Dhalsim is a nice redesgin to and he has a nice V-trigger…Gief…well he is gief all he has now is a air SPD and no more green hand
Difference between KI and SF is that KI has been gone for 20 years so a new comeback was bound to see redesigns…Street fighter is out pretty much every 2 years so they want to be consistent…Also the Old KI designs are really dated (Imagine old thunder in this game) while SF (while less creative) at least fit the cartoony side of the game…KI i cant decide if its silly (Humiliations) or serious (Ultimates) probs both

No wonder you were worked up about Bison LOL! I really like Evil Ryu…so much better than regular RYu in SF4!
In that case, Maki is in my honorable mention list with Q. Never understood how to play the ol’ bugger but he looked awesome in that raincoat.
Just saw FANG footage, one of the few characters I was really interested in (charge character, goofy/happy, boss) but I don’t feel him 
Just like vanilla SFIV, I might have to wait until a next edition to get my character.
I watched the FANG demo play between Combo F and Ross? Fang looked pretty damn good! i may take back what I said about him 
Its the voice in that commercial for him that turns me off…but seeing him play is pretty cool!

Fingers crossed for Makoto in DLC Wave 2.

I like what they did with his Tatsu. Seems weird at first but it worked out great in the matches I played as Ken.
