Hey Kev, responding in here so we don’t side-track the other thread. 
Yes, I play as him and he is pretty much the only character with charge-moves I enjoy playing! However, his combo damage is really bad and his V-meter has 3 bars, so it takes SO long before he can get his Aegis Reflector, which is one of his main moves that makes him fun to play as! Hopefully he will be buffed a bit in a later patch.
