Sure that’s ok if you don’t care at all about Killer Instinct as a franchise…

…So if you want to just abandon killer instinct as it’s own identity and just make it an all stars party game then that’s fine, but it’s not something a fan of KI would enjoy.

I don’t think you or anyone are qualified to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t enjoy; or for that matter, to impose qualifications for being a fan of KI or anything for that matter. People like what they like, it’s as simple as that.
