Have you not seen my post about what Ultimate source said? Be patient…dont worry about it…they are gonna make it right for those with the LE Shago. Just relax and it will work out.

Sure do!!! Its Awesome! I did not buy another Shago either. Just trust me…they are going to make it right. We may have to pay for #11…but I dont think it would be much. Its either that or for free…either way… they are working on it. As long as everyone is patient and not rude to them…it should be all good!

That’s so cool man , looks totally awesome!!! By far his best color, and I really love my color 10. They knocked it out of the park with that color 11, and I defintely don’t mind paying for it if they are going to help us limited edition owners out by having us not buy the figure twice!!

Well they have already told that one guy “Dont buy another figure” We will make it right" and they told me the same thing so… Im confident in a week or so we will know more.

So how did you get it?
I ended up ordering another Shadow Jago along with rest of the figures before I saw any info on them rectifying the situation. I chose not to cancel my order, but I sent them an email about it. They’re sending me some swag to make up for ordering a 2nd Shadow Jago figure. Ultimate Source has excellent customer practices and I am beyond satisfied with them at this point. Everyone, just stay patient and don’t jump the gun like I did to order another figure. They’re working on getting all of the LImited Edition Shadow Jago owners color 11. As previously mentioned, it may cost a small fee, and then again it may be completely free…we’ll just have to wait and find out. The important thing is Ultimate Source wants to make it right for us. I’m proud to own their figures.

I don’t mind paying a few bucks for color 11. Just the thought of rebuying the exact same 30 dollar toy again is what’s upsetting people. If it was a different toy, okay, but the exact same one? Nope.

What about those who just wanted the colors, and would happily pay for them but don’t want a $30 figure at all? You’re kinda asking the same thing to give you the color without buying a figure you don’t want/need. You already got the figure and color you were promised. You were never promised two colors or any future colors. That sounds cold, but that’s the unfortunate scenario for everyone else who just wants the color but not a figure they don’t want/need.
You not getting color 11 too is not less fair than someone who would have bought the LE if they would have known they would be getting two colors by buying it. In both cases, Ultimate Source let down customers with their messaging.
However, a reasonable solution for everyone who got screwed by their poor messaging is by BOTH: letting LE buyers get color 11, AND letting new buyers of the standard one get color 11, even if for a little extra cost and only for a limited time.
But how they gonna figure out who bought it
Earlier on in the thread I answered this, but by looking at whoever has access to color 10. Because only ppl who bought the LE Jago will have that access
Guys Ultimate source has records of everyone they sold a LE Shago too. They have invoice #s, Order #s, Fed Ex shipment #s… pick tickets for their packing crew, web cart information. There is literally 10 different ways they can determine who truly purchased a LE SHAGO and who is authorized to get #11.

I wouldnt go by the order info though, because ppl couldve gotten them as gifts for other KI players; ppl that may not even know what KI is. I think that looking at gamer tags that have downloaded color 10 would be more accurate
Yeah but what if I bought one for you, does that mean you deserve the extra color? No, it goes to the person that purchased the item. Then that person can give it to whomever he gave the gift too. That’s just how companies work man…I know because I run a huge shipping/packing company.
We would never go by anything else but the person that made the initial purchase…period.
I am of the opinion that the people that bought the Limited Edition are the only ones who should have access to that specific color (It is advertised as exclusive) but at the same time, releasing the same figure again with another color that you can only get by buying the same exact figure again is kind of screwed up…but the same applies. If people buy this new Shago and color 11 is advertised as exclusive to it…only they should have it…this situation is all messed up lol maybe they can make a compromise so that people who bought either figure can get both 10 and 11 or something idk
Hopefully somebody (maybe from Ultimate Source) will address this soon.
