I don’t think we will get one character per month as Season 3 is starting with more than two characters.
Has there been any indication of there being more than two guest characters? I personally don’t think any other characters will fit the game other than the characters already announced.
Your list also didn’t have any original characters on it. I’m pretty sure we are going to get some new/original characters in this season as well.

You are taking quite a gamble on 3 more guests and no original characters. And Dom over RAAM, Skorge, or Marcus? You must be crazy!

I don’t think that Arbiter will be the last guest character, and I don’t believe that season 3 will be limited to only 9 characters. Considering the fact that they’re going to be redoing the entire character select screen, it’s not like they’re confined to simply fill out boxes of 9 characters this time around…

Call me crazy, but I don’t think that Gargos will be playable initially. I could see them going full boss-mode with him out of the gate, then giving us a balanced out version later. I could also see Eyedol being a Community Fund character.

Shadow Mira would be awesome! It wouldn’t be some generic shadow clone. She would be an entirely unique character!
It would be very good to make a poll just like N company and they take it serious. After they (Rare and N) broke up, I lost all hope on Rare. But with this, every expectation I had went to the sky. Cannot wait release date!
