Preview updates can break things though, it’s possible since its a windows store app they need to fix something.

So I’ll list my issue. This doesn’t seem to be affecting anyone else so it could be my PC.
When I launch the game I cannot sign in to any profile. When I continue without saving I have no content and cannot access the shop to buy content (I do already own S1/2) Here is a sshot.
When I press sign in I get this screen and right back to the previous. No option to log in.

Nope. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn’t work.
Actually, it turns out I am right in this boat. I have a gaming laptop with a display that refreshes at 75 Hz, but I have no way to manually change its refresh rate, and so everything ingame is just a little faster than it should be, making KI unplayable on PC for me right now. Which sucks, because the loading times are really fantastic.
That seems stupid that you can’t change the refresh rate to something lower

I have not been able to play online or with my friends at all. I assume it all boils down to having the Teredo Address: Not Obtained ■■■■■■■■■ i have been trying to fix it for 4 hours now and nothing is working. has anyone figured out how to fix this nonsense yet?
I got past the store issue. For me this is what worked.
Run>Services
Scroll down to the Xbox live services and make sure they aren’t disabled. Game started right up!
Still wont work for me. I keep getting sign in errors and the game soft locks after picking stages.
In my search for answers I have seen others with the stuck screen fix it by uninstalling Avast antivirus if you have it. Seems the majority of the people that have it installed the game wont work, but does right after getting rid of it. If not Avast, try uninstalling whatever AA you have anyways.
Mine runs fine with Avast installed and running…
Or fine is a matter of opinion, since I have a 120hz screen, so it runs double speed… but it runs nonetheless

im having some serious problems on my pc
im running an amd fx 8350 processor, a amd radeon 280x gpu and 8 gigs of ram but i still cant pass the test to play online. the highest i can get with all the settings to low is 993/1000.
also i seem to have the oppisite problem of everyone in that my game is running in slow motion. it appears to be at half speed. i’ve updated the drivers on my gpu and double checked to make sure my windows is up to date.
the only thing i can think of is im using an lg 4k smart tv as my monitor, but i cant find any where in the settings to find out or change what the refresh rate is on it. any help would be greatly appreciated.
constant slowdown means your rig can’t handle the settings. If you haven’t overclocked yet then doing that should get you over the hump and keep your 4k. Since you’re at 993/1000 you don’t have to do any level of OCing that’s huge and dangerous and needs liquid cooling, just enough to get over the hump.
Otherwise, the easiest thing to do would be to run a smaller resolution, which WILL be a blurry mess at fullscreen but there’s always windowed mode. Can that tv take something like 1080p and upscale it on the TV’s end? that could be your magic bullet. If you’re already running 1080p then that 900p setting ingame… it’s not pretty, speaking from experience, but you should be able to play online with it turned down to that
My friend has an issue where the game won’t even launch for him. He has redownloaded it three times (uninstalling through powershell the second time) and it just crashes instantly (logo flashes then it crashes). Also tried to add permission in the registry and such but to no avail. Seems like we have at least one more people with this problem?
