Well of course. That’s in every colour. You got light skinned black,s albinos etc etc. Like the face screams young asian, but the skin tone screams white. Very mix and match. Maybe it’s the lighting.

I am talking about Orchid the way she is in Killer Instinct. She’s never been pale white, she’s always had a tan.
But as stated above, it’s most likely due to it just being an outfit thrown at one of the DOA girls, and not a full character mod.
