Still getting a 100% crash when I access the Shadow Lab and collect my rewards. I also got this on another Xbox One. I’m on the new dashboard and have no way of getting past this blocker.

Main Menu > Shadow Labs > Collect Rewards > Game Freezes and audio goes on loop > The title crashes within a few seconds

EDIT: The crash also happens on the new Shago update, and I made another Shadow (Shago) and was able to get his rewards but as soon as it tried to get my other Shadow’s rewards (Jago) the game locks up and crashes.

As well am I as soon as you try to collect your reward it crashes the game

Hey Andy, we’re hoping that your issue is fixed with the 2.12 update coming out tonight. After you update your system with it let me know if the problem still persists for you.

I will like to point out that Jago’s default kneepads doesn’t change color at all when selecting different colors. This doesn’t just happen occasionally, in fact it’s permanent for some reason. PLZ IG, can you please fix this issue, I don’t want to be salty but this bug has been in the game for a year now.

Update 2.12 appears to still have Sabrewulfs stage washed out.

Audio Issue on Reinstall (ver. 2.12)

  • Reinstalled Killer Instinct to get ver. 2.12 before the automatic update
  • All stages minus training dojo have no music whatsoever.
  • All other Audio Works fine

The update fixed the Rivals achievement bug.

The shadow mode freeze bug is still there though.

i was in the lab with shago to see how mutch KV his recap was after the first ultra,
then after a few try’s i did see this.

normal his recap after the first ultra is 30 KV, but for some reson there is sometime 0 KV cost for the recap.

  1. perform shago’s ultra
  2. recap (add 0 KV to the meter where it should be 30 KV)

The rivaled achievement may be fixed but what about the profile background we were to earn? I haven’t gotten it.

I believe the 2.12 update fixed the fake pro medal bug. Can anyone confirm this?

I cannot access the Shadow Activity portion of the Shadow Lab. I have already cleared the cache reinstalled the game and all content, and reloaded the game.

Go into the Shadow Lab, press Y to access the Shadow Activity page, and the game crashes, at all times. Other portions of the Shadow Lab work without issue. Is this already a known issue to be fixed in the next patch? What workarounds are recommended to restore it?

Exactly the same issue for me as well. I cleared the cache and reinstalled the game, no dice.

The background it part of the achievement, look at the achievement and from there you can set it as the background.

Lost my pro star after 2.12 update. Is this a bug with the update? Worked so hard to get it…

Shago ultimate achievement seems to have problems, I did it a lot of time, online and offline, nothing.

At times, Shago’s ‘Surge’ label on top of his meter will stay large and not pulse like it should when it’s being used.
