Everytime I log in for the past week it says can’t sync dlc and all my gold and shadow points are gone.

I’m also having a disconnection problem some time ago. He had stopped after the last related post about the problem, but he came back. Since I’m about to change the router, I’ll make the switch and then give feedback on that problem.
What brings me here is a problem with the KI Multiplayer servers, which I believe is having problems. Several friends of mine are not able to play in ranking mode, not only here in Brazil, but also in other countries due to the same error. I will be posting the photo taken from a Facebook community post “Killer Instinct Ultimate Fans”, which I am also part of, because the image is the same for everyone.
Yesterday I could play online normally (I even lost the fight to be without batteries), but today I do not know if I will be “contemplada” with this problem. Please, @KRAKENJIMMY, could you indicate a person so you can be seeing this problem,?

Just encountered a new problem. I was playing in Ranked and somebody used Rash… oh wait… He’s SUPPOSED to be in the game? dangit…
On a more serious note… Ranked was working fine for about an hour this morning. After an hour of play I stopped getting Ranked matches. I could search indefinitely and get nothing. If I leave searched I get a message, “Leaving” like you do when you leave an Exhibition set and then the game crashes. When I relaunch it gives me the “You left a match… blah blah blah” and I get a loss. This happened four times and in all cases, no matches came through.

Yeah, someone came to the Discord this morning having a similar problem, so you’re not the only one.
That was probably me. 
For whatever reason Discord likes to default to my PSN tag. 
The problem is related to Xbox live, not KI (probably).
Happened last month too. They said it was their end and fixed it. Now its happened again.

Hi, I’m getting the bug where the windows store says I own shin hisako, eagle, and kilgore but it won’t let me play as them or buy them. I looked through all the old forum posts about it but couldn’t find a solution. Did anyone ever figure it out?

It would appear there’s issues with Sadira’s stage. It causes people to be stuck on the loading screen forever. Happened multiple times during max’s stream and happened to me as well 3 times today.

Is there any update on Windows 10 KI DE users using the Xbox Game Pass for PC having no characters unlocked? Its almost what 2 weeks now? I’ve already reinstalled with no luck. Some people say to download characters from the Microsoft store but there’s no option to do that.
