Again so was Brutality’s and Fatality’s and look at them now. Different name means different move it’s not like they were called one thing in one version of the game and then another thing in another version. No they were both in the same version of the game and they were treated as two different moves so they should be treated as such now. Just because one finished with a ender Combo doesn’t mean Jack that was then this is now.
If you want to count No Mercy’s and Ultimate as the same thing better take all these ideas down and remake them as a Cinematic version because thats what Shago has as his Ultimate.
But they are though, in KI1 when you defeated an opponent they were in a stunned state kinda of like in MK for fatalities which allowed you to do them where as in KI2 it was not present so you couldn’t do them that way. The only real difference is that you can do one in neutral while the other must be done in combo. Also just because shagos looks cinematic doesn’t mean that those still pictures done by raven if they were present in game wouldn’t also be cinematic as well.

Oh no…no no no no no. Brutalities used to be an overly-complicated combo that would cause your opponent on the last hit to explode into a shower of rib cages and femurs, and every last one did the exact same thing.
Again, no. Ultimates and No Mercies were the exact same ■■■■ finisher. The ONLY difference is how and when they were executed.
these my examples, serve only to give an idea. These can be no mercy, or they can be all Ultimate. Or they are 3 Ultimate and 3 have no mercy.
This will be decided developers. It is not the whole point of this topic.
Each of these examples can get spectacular animations, or remain static. For me, that’s okay, it’s important to have all this, having abundance and choice. Not doing the same damn moves by three years. Three years of always doing Ultra and Ultra internship … tired, you need variety. In Ki1 Riptor had 3 no mercy, 1 Ultimate, 1 Humiliazione and 1 Ultra. What we have now ???
Judging from KI history the devs over all 3 games have all but phased out No Mercies because the execution of them slowed the game down unnecessarily. As much as people complain about having to sit through triple Ultras I don’t see them bringing back a mechanic that lets you sit around and awkwardly push a command code in to finish your opponent. That’s why KI2 pretty much only had Ultimates and why this KI has only had Ultras and 1 Ultimate, so if they were going to do anything I’m sure there’s a 99.9% chance they’re only going to have Ultimates as they keep the flow of the game the same as it has been.
…and Honestly I hope they use some of your ideas…these are pretty awesome.
no mercy could add a fun new gameplay element, trying to regain consciousness before the opponent kills us, and get a second chance like with TJ Combo.
TJ Combo already put this mechanic, but no one complained or said that the action slowed.

Raam sends his flock hungrier on opponent. When Kryll have finished their meal, they go away, nothing remains on the ground, only bloodstains.

Oh by no means am I saying those aren’t cool :> I’m just saying if the devs come here for ideas I expect they won’t pick the ones with decapiation or limb tearing, or anything like that.
It’s not a troll and looking at that one did a combo and one did not which make them two completely different finishers which means if they do it in to days age they should be two different moves as well they are not the same if you make a list of No mercy’s and Ultimate’s they should be in two different list not on the same list because there two different move’s. Are you guys that blind you cant see the difference between them? I’m starting to think yous are the trolls.
