The next 9 posts have to put only one movie, one recomendation. I will put one too. Once the 9 are posted(10 including mine), I’m going to update the OP with a poll with these movies. We will give around 3 days for seeing it, and then we can talk about it!
If your recomendation has anything to be noted, write it too!
-My choice is “Predestination”, and I recomend NOT watching any trailer. Just get the movie and watch it, without knowing anything about it!
platoon
bad santa
commando
tron 2
the running man
red dawn (original)
event horizon
death wish 1 2 and 3 (3 is cheesy good fun and has the lols)

skin trade
ong bak 2
hellraiser 1 and 2
Not to mess with your “next nine posts” idea, which I think is fun, but would it be easier if the recommendations had to be from something like Netflix or Red Box, where it’s relatively easy access to the movie?
Well here’s my favorites:
Godzilla 2014 and 1984
Aliens
Amadeus
The Departed
Kill Bill
Up
War of the Worlds
Whiplash
King Kong 2005
Terminator 2
Schindler’s List
Pirates of the Caribbean 1 and 2
Captain America The Winter Soldier
Spirited Away
Thanks to Adam for reminding me of Big Trouble In Little China, going to see if I can find that movie somewhere, thought is was wicked awesome back in the day.
Also like others mentioned:
The Matrix (to a lesser degree the sequels, but they still had moments of awesomness)
Pacific Rim
And on that note, a lot of Del Toro’s films:
Hellboy 1 en 2
Crimson Peak
And as @Dayv0 asked my one submission would be Del Toro’s Pan’s Labyrinth, forgot to mention it earlier but definitely one of the most beautiful, creepy and magical films I ever saw.
It’s hard to pick a favorite movie, honestly I don’t know if I even have a favorite. But I must say Step Brothers is classic to me. Will Ferrell is hilarious lol recommendations: “Legend” and “Bronson”. Both starring Tom Hardy.
legend? the 80s movie? thats with tom cruise mia sara and tim curry. ohh mia sara goth’d out is a beautiful thing. oh! that reminds me…how can we forget the awesome movie that is Ferris Bueller’s Day Off?
more to the list:
spaceballs
Cobra
young frankenstein
dogs of war
dead presidents
men at work
first blood 1 and 2
rocky 1 - 4
lethal weapon 1 - 4
Big Trouble has more than a little bit of influence on the video game world, not least of which can be found in the original Mortal Kombat.
Pan’s Labrynth is a good choice. I still don’t know if I like it or not, but it’s definitely something worth seeing.
I keep trying to think of recommendations that everyone might not have seen already.
For my money, The Others is a fantastic scary movie. Be sure to watch it with a good sound setup because this movie makes probably the best use of subtle sound (and silence) of any movie I’m familiar with.
For those that like live action ‘over the top’ asian movies, I woulike to recommend Goemon. Backgrounds may be very cgi, but what they do with it looks spectacular.
And @R1stormrider Spaceballs is awesome cheese!! May the Swartz be with you
