Mortal Kombat 11

Take with grain of salt please.

TL.D, 19 possible characters. (18 if you don’t count Shao Khan)
If this is the case who would you list among your list?

 1. Shang Tsung
 2. Reptile
 3. Sektor
 4. Cyrax
 5. Sheeva
 6. Nightwolf
 7. Guest 1
 8. Guest 2
 9. Guest 3
 10. Smoke
 11. Rain (If possible)
 12. Ermac
 13. Khameleon
 14. Quan Chi
 15. Mileena (if possible)
 16. Ashrah
 17. Blaze
 18. Onaga

Eww I just opened the kytinn hive section is it supposed to be that small?
What’s behind the kytinn puzzle

Mine would be…
Shang Tsung

The Joker

Nightwolf

The Terminator

Sindel

Spawn

Ash Williams

Sheeva

Fujin
Sareena
Ashrah
Drahmin
Kai
Daegon
Asgaarth
Nitara
Sektor
Cyrax

And yes, I know part of this is from the leak.

I didn’t remember the others listed. Though I’d probably add some of those characters on the list.

Actually I would switch out Onega and Blaze with Kai and Sindel, sense they seem to be characters that are too important. So it’d be a waste to make them DLC considering their roles in the lore.

So the new list would be.

 1. Reptile
 2. Shang Tsung
 3. Sindel
 4. Sheeva
 5. Fujin
 6. Nightwolf
 7. Kai
 8. Khameleon
 9. Ashrah
 10. Spawn
 11. Ash
 12. Joker
 13. Ermac
 14. Sektor
 15. Cyrax
 16. Smoke
 17. Quan Chi
 18. Rain

Some of you may wanna know that it seems there are secret moves attached to some specials(MK games are full of secrets ingame like this)

While using his Kano ball power up, Kano also gets access to the unlisted Kano Up ball

The input is, while powered up, BF 3 up(not BFU 3)

Its a good air control tool

@FallofSeraphs76 you may find this useful as kano player

They actually show up after a match as the severed head of whomever you unlocked. It should be noted that as far as I could tell, only fatalities in a tower counted. This game can be picky on some qualifications on things. I have now done all the severed heads and it did open one more door I wasn’t aware of in the krypt but again, I’m pretty much having to re-stock chest anytime I go to the krypt now so it’s become boring. The Kollector is the only reason I really have to keep visiting it.

You can get some by completing the towers where you can pick specific characters. Every one I’ve done has had an intro or outro. Of course clicking on each intro, etc… will tell you if it’s in the krypt or a tower.

THanks… I know I had seen myself do this before but it happened so fast I wasn’t sure what I was seeing since technically he doesn’t have this move anymore. BUt I know I seen him do it, I thought maybe it was just my Kano bouncing off my opponent upon hit. Now I know its legit!
Thats super cool!

For those trying to get severed heads, here are a few tips from me. I actually got all of them.

I had misunderstood the qualifications in the beginning trying to get them. I though you had to get 50 fatalities with a certain character to unlock their head. Actually you have to perform 50 fatalities on a character to unlock their head.

Only fatalities in the towers of time / classic towers count. (as best as I can tell)

Certain heads unlocked parts of the krypt for me. I’m not sure if it was the actual head or the number I had unlocked at the time.

I also think you can pick a classic tower, perform a fatality on the 1st fighter and simply restart the same tower and repeat until it tells you that you unlocked the head. (some say they did it this way)

I can say I just did towers and eventually they all start unlocking pretty close together since the towers are pretty much a mix of everyone.

Anyways, just a few of the things I learned. Good luck.

My favorite song while playing MK11..never gets boring.

Getting the stuff to forge Shinnok’s amulet in the krypt is the biggest pain in the krypt if you ask me. I’ve been grinding and grinding to unlock the 10,000 soul chest with a part for it in the woods area, and when I finally get it to the forge, turns out you need another 1,600 or so to forge the ■■■■ thing. Talk about a buzzkill.

I’m kind of stuck and I haven’t even found the woods yet. I need some kind of staff to open a door…

The woods is just right where you found Shao’s hammer, after crushing a breakable wall.

You probably need Raiden’s staff. Go to the broken statue in front of the door which leads to Goro’s lair, just where you place the heads, and interact with Raiden’s broken statue. The staff opens a door in goro’s lair

This guide its pretty useful for anything you missed

Sorry for late reply, been too busy for the last few weeks.

So I heard recently the censoring is apparently done because of tournaments, but it’s weird since Gears of War 4 has a separate ruleset for tournament play (characters don’t swear in the tournament mode). I’m not sure why NRS didn’t just do that for MK11, and it’s especially bad since:
If those DLC intros posted earlier in the topic are true, then they will have a field day with Terminator and Spawn.
I really hope they fix that in the future, MK11 already has enough garbage with the MTX and the incident with the female outfits, and it shouldn’t be that hard to toss the censored dialogues in the tournament setting so it doesn’t interfere with the other game modes (because Lord knows wasn’t this wasn’t a problem in MKX).

And speaking of intros, (Possible Spoilers):
Anyone noticed the dialogue between Johhny Cage and Jax that implies Johnny isn’t Cassie’s biological father (because he was apparently sterile long before marrying Sonya)? It also says a lot more about Sonya in some ways as well. But I just found the lore hidden in the intros to be more interesting than the story in some ways.
OMG what is the deal with people online playing 1 match and leaving…ugh… its so silly. Like why would you leave after 1 match? Now I know there is probably a percentage that has to go due to kids , or supper time, or bath room emergency… but we all know thats like 1% lol

They either leave if they win or quit game if they lose…1 match…1 and done. Very rarely does anyone make it to FT2 or FT3 wins.

Im getting some really cool quitalities recorded though.. I didnt know they had different kills for quitalitites?!

Ummmmm…
then how did she inherit his powers?
You get one of these per character after you unlock the severed heads, and several of them are locked behind character towers. I found a couple in random chests but that’s very rare.

I’m inclined to agree with this since I haven’t been getting any severed heads notifications after Brutalities, only Fatals.

I believe having 10 of them unlocks a part of Shang’s Throne room, getting 20 unlocks another and getting all of them unlocks the last part.

I got Cetrion’s this way, and others are starting to unlock gradually now. They really should have had a counter somewhere.
Honestly, I’m not even sure why NRS put it in the game all things considered. Maybe they wanted multiverse nonsense like Injustice 2? It was still interesting to find out when watching compilation videos though, maybe they hid some deeper meaning like Sonya’s family also descended from a similar race of warriors. Now the bigger question is how did Liu Kang inherit Onaga’s fire? Cetrion mentions it in one of her intros with him.
So, Can confirm Johnny Cage still has F-Bomb taunt in between rounds (just unlocked it) but it’s censored, if that means anything to anyone.
