Mods for PC version?

Hey… I’m not try to force you, but can you make terminator mod for Fulgore?

You go dude!, you da man!, good luck and thanks for all of your work!

I’m kinda new to modding as a whole but how hard would a camera mod be? I’ve been wanting to see the stages in its entirety. I’m fascinated by how they look from a distance

You would be my hero of the century if you made these happen..

Sabrewulfs Retro is in severe need of remodeling. I look forward to that one for sure. I’ll work on him today and get a good general shape and see if you all like the direction.

I’ll get to fixing fatgore soon as well.

I really think you should focus on fix all of the retros, and even defaults before you start with the crazy stuff like making Spinal captain Crunch, or Jago Tony the Tiger. I think if you can get everyone looking at how much better your remakes of existing outfits are, they might just end up in the game, once that ish goes viral. I don’t have KI pc, but looking at your unfinished Orchid model, I can say it’s already much better than the existing model.

Yeah, my main goal right now is to fix the retros. Then I will start working on some other fun stuff.

You promised Orchid first.

Make Mira’s blood red instead of mercury for example

Oh she is

Maybe even a little KI2 action…

If you break the game because of a mod, that goes without saying MS/IG are not going to help you. No one (I hope) is expecting them to fix their KI installation because a mod breaks it. Mods are never supported or endorsed by developers, so I don’t know what that is about.

If there is any “12 year old kid that wants that awesome Orchid mod” he/she better know they are on their own if it does not work, or they break their KI install.

Mods are never supported or endorsed by developers

This is not true. There are several game companies that support modding, sometimes they even provide the complete SDK for developers. In some cases, a good mod can dramatically extend the lifetime of a game, I mean, look at Minecraft, if it wasn’t for the modders, the game would’t have survived until this day.

No, It would have…they update it so much that after 6 months or so go by it’s almost an entirely different game. But the mods definitely help. I’ve had it on 360 & XB1 for quite some time, but I just started playing the PC version due to modding. I have a shader mod on it, don’t know what it’s called but I’m pretty sure it’s fairly common, that makes near realistic shadows & makes grass & leaves of trees blow around a bit…makes the game look sooooo much better

Is there potential for animation + particle mods as well? For example, turning Retro Jago’s Windkick 180° to face his backside and making his Endokuken and Laser Sword green?

lol, highlighted wishful thinking for emphasis.

The support conversation probably wouldn’t even start with “I broke my game by following modding instructions poorly, pls fix” – I could easily see it seeming to be something completely unrelated that they happened to break whilst attempting to mod their game, and, after a three-hour run-around with support trying to identify the problem, support finds out about the modding, and then the customer tries to shoot back with “WELL YOU SHOULDNT PUT THOSE INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR WEBSITE” because they’re dumb and/or so utterly invested in being right about the whole ordeal. No ■■■■■■■ way I’d want to be on the receiving end of that.

Beter whats your approach regarding offering help to MS and IG? First off, we should drop the offer to do it for them for free. As tempting as that might sound Its probably not ethical for a large company like Microsoft and for IG, even if both parties don’t mind.

I’d suggest tackling a retro and a few other things and make a profile regarding your explanations and what not, I mean what you have to offer. Though Its probably the first thing that came to mind, I’d say send an application offering your services.

I don’t think doing it for free will increase the chances, and would probably have the opposite effects. They’ve cut corners here and there, and you can be the guy to smooth them out, I guess? So discuss this with the devs and see how it turns out (if you haven’t already).

If that doesn’t work out, polishing the game with mods is fine…

I think there’s just ONE perfect character mod representative for TJ Combo…

THIS GUY.

Also, one word for Rash: Turtles. Try to think about what I mean.

I think there’s 0% chances of this happening. I think they will never fix the game with fan made content

I wouldn’t allow a fan to work on the game ether, especially not with the amount of work he’s offered to do, Its unethical. It would be easier he presented some official stuff/his portfolio and have them hire him as a part timer or something. Doing it for Freesies doesn’t make the offer tempting at all.
