When’s the Jago one? I would totally buy one if there was a color 10 of Jago Glowing. Or New Character Costume.

Even the Buggati Veyron kept chugging out “limited” editions when the Volkswagen execs saw it was still selling like hotcakes. How many of them are there nowadays? 1000? 2000? (google says 450)
That being said, I preordered Shago wihout hesitation. I just want that thing.
Although the 18 dollar ship tax will refrain me from buying anymore. Probably Fulgore on March and that’s it for wave 1.

Fulgore and the 9" Jago seem to be the only ones that look like their paint jobs are done well, bit of a shame. Guess I’m gonna wait till they reveal more of the 10th colors to see If I’m going to buy any besides Fulgore, Glacius & retro Cinder.
Here’s an example of the paint jobs looking way worse than when they first showed off the figures.
I expected a degree of quality being lost due to mass manufacturing but still.
Swear sometimes I come on this forum and it’s like everyones just miserable😔. Well I bought one anyway I don’t give a ■■■■ I love killer instinct it’s was only £34 with shipping not too bad. I see people making a huge deal about the colour 10 I think it’s actually a good idea to give away a colour skin like this, still not as good as colour nine anyway so I don’t see the big deal.
The only issue I have is with these being limit edition, thinking about it I hope they do a ki rucksack 
I’m definitely getting that Glacius shirt once I figure out what size I need.

I don’t understand why people want access to everything, some stuff should be limited/exclusive, that’s what makes it special. This reminds of when people complained that color 9 was locked behind level 50, complaining that they would never have the time to unlock it for all characters.

I guess that’s just the difference between someone who has a collector’s mindset and someone who doesn’t. If you don’t feel compulsion to collect I wouldn’t expect you to understand the reasoning behind someone who does.
Just purchased mine but I haven’t decided if I will ever open it or not.
For those that are upset about another exclusive, it’s not really exclusive I mean anyone can get it as long as you buy one which for 5000 units is plenty for the current size of the KI community. In my opinion people shouldn’t just have access to anything and everything. No matter how much you or I love KI as a fan, Microsoft and UltimateToy are running a business and if making an exclusive skin to help move more units helps them by all means let them. Not having a special skin is not going to change the way you play the game at all nor is it something you have to have and therefore is optional.

Fun fact: these guys are really good at what they do. No sealing tape on the box. I talked with them about it and they mentioned they purposefully did that so that the tape wouldn’t peel the black finish off. WIN!
Also everything in the box is folded closed. Nothing is ever “ruined” except for scratching off the color 10 code off the back of the collector’s card.

I’ve read the arguments to my standing and I acknowledge that they are good points. And I’m a total hypocrite, because I’m buying the Glacius figure as soon as it becomes available. And I have been one of the defenders of the whole Shadow Jago exclusive character thing.
But even I can’t defend this. Yes, the figure looks cool and is worth the $35 all by itself, but putting an in-game unlockable behind it is more than a little irritating for me. Now I’m going to see people online, rubbing that color in my face, and my reason is that I wasn’t willing to pay $35? That’s more money than ultra packs if you add shipping. A poster, a mask, an extra figure accessory or even a Shadow Jago code, fine. But an exclusive skin? That’s pushing it.
For God’s Sake people, Color 10 is nothing more than an incentive to own a highly collectible figurine. It’s not as if they’re blocking it behind a huge pay wall… quite frankly color 10 simply wouldn’t have existed if it wasn’t for this line of figures. I’m not trying to sound insensitive, but if you can’t afford it, just don’t buy it. It’s not as if the color is going to affect your game-play in any way whatsoever.
With that being said, I just ordered mine! I’m going to buy the whole freaking set as soon as I can get my hands on them… I’ve been wanting them ever since the were first announced.

I bought the $60 day one LIVE card to get Shago two years ago, I’ve been on the hook ever since they said in season one that he would get his own moveset and I’ve feverishly supported the movement to get him realized in-game. I bought the community day fund bundle TWICE on alternate accounts to support the funding of the character and I’ve been waiting patiently every day since. So please don’t tell me that them releasing an exclusive epic skin that’s ten times better than any of the ones he currently has and locking it behind a limited edition paywall isn’t going to “affect my game” whatsoever because it most certainly is.
LOL! Touché my friend, but I honestly wasn’t trying to belittle you. Man, think about it like this, they need some sort of incentive to make these figures sale. One thing people have all been clamoring for is the addition of new colors. Yeah, it sucks that there is only going to be 5000 people in the world that will have this particular color, but if it wasn’t a limited run, do you really think these things would sell off the shelves. Our community is seriously small compared to the legions of Smash Bros, Cap-com, and MK fans. Number wise, I just don’t see how a Shadow Jago figurine would outsell let’s say one of the Smash Bros Amibos unless it had some sort of exclusivity to it.
