Lobby mode needs an over haul in general

Please make lobby mode more custumizable and fun

I just noticed the other day, that lobby mode should get over hauled. First let us set the time limit before the rounds start. 5 seconds is not enough time at all especially if you are trying to kick some one. Secondly, If there was anywhere that game modifiers would fit it would be lobby mode.
