Finally got around to signing up for week #3 last minute. I’m going to be balancing 3 tournaments this weekend, all within about the same time-frame, so it’s going to be a doozy.

Question. If Shin Hisako is released today, as is expected, will she be allowed as a playable tournament character on Saturday?
