Mika’s overall design is already disrespectful and sexualized enough that the buttslap was simply the cherry on top.
If they really cared about not sexualizing their characters, they would have reworked Mika’s boob window, double butt crush and so on.
Just removing the buttslap is a knee jerk move that shows they are simply removing what enrages the online SJW. If they really wanted to be respectful they should have not designed Mika as rule 34 ready.

Those kneepads wasn’t in Kim wu original .that’s a new concept and we accepted it on new concept . But for the retro we need her to be as most close possible like the real retro just in new design . If u like the kneepads u could always play with the new one thats so simple.

I’m sorry. Shorts or not, you have to admit, IG’s/MS’s Kim Retro is a pretty authentic 3D render of her classic costume, which was just sprites. I’m surprised at the detail and how close it looks! (Nearly Exact!) That’s Hard to take a 20 year old sprite and fully render in 3D. Takes some talent.

I’d like to point out that I really like Kim’s retro. It’s simply that the discusión gets heated when somebody writes a wall of text shutting down any complaint and it’s even worse when the same people is always chasing the complainers in every thread and then we are forced to justify ourselves to another forum member like he was some sort of opinión police
I am all for freedom of speech, but that doesn’t mean what people have to say is useful.
If you don’t like “retro” alts, then fair enough, speak up and tell the devs what you don’t like. Be constructive about your criticism, give them something they can use. Simply spreading hate will just earn you a place on the ignore list and will make you appear in a bad light. And when all you do is complain about every single little detail, then people stop listening to you, because there’s nothing useful or constructive about it.
Just because I believe in freedom of speech doesn’t mean everyone has something good or useful to say.
No one has to justify themselves to anyone on here. They choose to do it as part of the conversation/argument/forum.
I think everyone is guilty of internet syndrome - where you read something and it annoys you more than the author intended so you respond with something that will in turn annoy them more than you intended, until you are in a hyperbolic death spiral. I know I am guilty of this (even though I try not to be) - and I will admit that usually when I read my own posts as I write them it is in the good natured internal voice in my head - but the good humored intent doesn’t usually translate to the other reader. Especially if they disagree with me.
At the same time though, I wish people would keep their comments in context.
“I can see some differences between the retro and her old KI 2 outfit that I don’t like and I don’t understand. I wish they were more exact.” is some feedback that I think everyone is okay with. “Why do they take the lazy way out and give us these crappy retros that don’t even resemble the originals. We complain sooo much and they are too stupid to listen to the fans!!” Is going to get you a bunch of flak every time.
