I wasn’t going to post in here because of the vitriolic OP and subsequent posts, but because the TC finally posted (some) things that were actually constructive after a thread of 100+ posts, I’ll respond.
To address:
First, how about we agree to disagree with other posters? Calling people sheep, yes-men, or all the other things mentioned in here because they don’t agree is silly and juvenile. People have opinions. Respect that not everyone has yours, and be an adult about it.

Face: needs textures like how they improved TJ. Better expression, softer features.[/quote]
Part of this is from the new lighting engine, as we’re not done lighting all the stages and characters. It can cause weird shadows and skin tones at times. Notice in profile she looks fine.
Her facial animations in intro/outro are WIP. Hair and earrings aren’t simming (being effected by physics) enough in many moves.
Not constructive. Be more specific.
Kim’s stance is part homage to Bruce Lee. He fights with a stiff back most of the time. That said, we are looking at loosening her up in forward / back movement (head especially)
They only glow when instinct is ready to use, as others pointed out already.
Here’s a mantra that I like to use in my daily life: ASSUME GOOD INTENTIONS
The development team is well aware of where characters are (or aren’t) in terms of look and play, likely to a level of detail that many people will never even notice. Politely pointing out the things you catch is great. Assuming we don’t want quality is simply incorrect.
Remember, we’re a “game in motion”.
Thanks for the (finally somewhat constructive) feedback.
