The hype is real! Damnit I wanna see tusk in action already, hey why don’t you guys swap him with arbiter for today’s stream? I kid. I’ll happily wait. Cannot wait for season 3, perfect timing too cuz I get a long weekend at its release!

no. it means we’ll have new,classic and guest characters. nothing about the number of each category. i believe 4 classic,2 new and 2 guests.

The 29th of March is, (surprise!) IN March. It’s not even the last day of the month, where one could argue the game would release on the first of April in some parts of the world. You think it’d be better for it to come out in April? Don’t buy it for a few days

No season launched or was guaranteed to have 9 characters. Shadow Jago was a skin originally, Omen was a surprise bonus. We could get a 9th for this season, we just need to wait and see.

Both Kim Wu and Tusk are coming back, and both look like their playstyles are going to be awesome.

Rash and Arbiter are our only confirmed guests, and I suspect they are the only guests. Nobody, anywhere, has said that this new news means we’re getting four guests altogether. I believe it will be four brand new characters for the rest of the season, and a 5th new if we get a “bonus”

We may see Gargos and/or Eyedol, nowhere does it say we won’t.

There’s likely a ton of stuff we will find out throughout the month, like the extra modes and other improvements like hte lighting.

it is true, I translated with other methods, specifies only two new characters, the number of guests and the classics are not.

Maybe if you could pick the shadow animations from a graphic options menu, along with blood, resolution, etc. PC gamers like graphic options.

Awesome post.
I’m not getting what’s wrong with the new Shadow animations. They have colored them up to be purple in honor of the new S3 color scheme. They look good to me.

Plenty of videos out ther of tusk doing stuff. Looks really good… Since his Ultra isn’t done I suspect they are still working on some stuff. They have a few weeks to go.
Arbiter’s is purple too (here) so yeah they may all be purple, but the effect is cool anyway. Right now I’m more worried at PC specs (they are not too hard but I might not handle it).
I haven’t been on the net beyond here, busy as hell
So Tusk is the new “Chief” in terms of damage. 
He’s got huge range, lots of stagger, a powerful instinct, and his taunt is DAH. I love his moveset so far. The fact that his throw is a suplex warms my heart.
I think I might officially be maining Tusk guys
