To be honest if they left itâd make no difference to me and my experience with the game.
Their opinion matters just the same as everyone else and not better than.
If they feel the need to walk away then fair play to them. Plenty other games out there

I wasnât worried for a second. Killer Instinct is always evolving and IG has proven many times that theyâre pretty cool about feedback.

Exactly, it makes no difference. Yet these guys sant to argue against people who do not like it. I do not want to seem political but where is the equality? It was just two people I was just referencing well known ones to make a point. There were numerous pros and regulars alike and even people who do not play KI! Even in a poll someone wanted to bring up a hundred times it was split down the middle.
This feature is/was obviously the most contested in KI '13 ever. The whole community atleast on this forum wise was split and something needed to be done in order to to lose potentially half or quite a few dedicated and influencial members of the community. I am of the mindset everyone matters unlike people who steer others to a direct competitor(SF) of the game I love (KI).
Why do people find it okay to say well who cares go play SF or I like it so your opinion and anyone elses isnât valid? I respect those who liked it and tried to make ideas for others like what if it was only for shadow enders or endeds that ended rounds? I agreed with most those points yet here are the wanna be white knights in this thread and others attacking those who had different opinions than themselves calling them a cancer to the community when in fact we have helped arguably more than they have.
With this solution those here now and those coming on PC have no legitimate argument against the ender animation because you can toggle it on or off. Now again, we can continue to argue like children or you guys can put on your big boy pants look at the silver lining and see there was a serious issue and it was thankfully, quickly and skillfully resolved instead of continually infecting the forums further with your toxic attitudes towards the community.

And you mindlessly agree with with these guys? I like some of the things @Infilament says, but I donât always agree with him because heâs tourney/pro/whatever level. Iâm sorry but I donât base my decisions around everything the âcool kidsâ are doing, I have my own logic and reasoning, and donât mindlessly accept or reject any notion. But Iâm not going to base my decision to take or leave a game based on some silly ender animation. If that one little detail is gonna chase you away from KI forever and ever, I honestly donât know how you put in any time into the game at this point at all.
Happy you got what you wanted, but the fact you threw a fit and decided âIMMA BOYCOTT! unless they give me what I want AND RIGHT NOW!â only tells me you had your mind concluded early on, and never even wanted to see if first hand it would be something you would like or if you were going to hate it.
You may not like the wait and see approach, but itâs FAIR.

No I understand what your saying. Iâm prepared to give the feature a fair chance. If it give me headaches or I donât like it Iâll switch it off.
At least IG are trying to make it better. It may work, it may not.
Now Iâm happy theyâll give an option to toggle.
What Iâm not happy about is if proâs start asking for things for them. Changing this and that for them.
But Iâve already paid for this season. I hope ig surpass the success of last season. Iâm looking forward to juggling now for some reason.
Havenât gotten to play what? KI or S3? Why would I need to specifically play S3 in order to base my opinion on an animation? Most people buy games because of the impression animations give them. Mechanics arent being changed here just a visual presention that doesnt involve grapics it involves movement. How would my xbox fix how jago kicks or how orchid Dps please explain that to me?

get it now? I never said I wasnât preordering and never said I was boycotting as in trying ti bring IG and KI down I used the term and explained I just wasnt paying up until they fixed it. That makes me entitled? Entitled to what? My money, since I made it isnât that a given? I want to ask a serious question. What do you hope to achieve from this back and forth. I understand people who didnât like the feature wanted it changed or removed and made something happen but you right now, what do you expect to get from arguing here and everywhere else about something already resolved. I am glad too. This is better than what others wanted, being that to have the feature removed as a whole because a lot of people liked it. I rather everyone be happy and this definitely works.
I also agree IG shouldnât just cater and listen to pros exclusively because we need the casual and average players too in order to make KI a home name one day like SF and other games like Smash and Tekken.

the build you saw wasnât finished, obviously, you are nitpicking at a feature that isnât finished, you havenât touched it yet, you only witnessed it. thats like saying omenâs 3-bar move is super OP when you first see it⊠lol no one uses that crap move.
This is nothing new honestly, I think over time this place will improve again after launch, or at worst itâll be just as bad as the 343 cmmunity, which god I hope notâŠ
This community has weathered some nasty stuff even when it started. You had a few people here and there throwing fits, ranting, yelling, raving, demanding etc. It was only a few people when the community first started, but I have to tell you, those folks were much worse than the folks getting upset now.
Did I already mentioned about a guy who said he was gonna give up on KI because Orchidâs bust wasnât big enough?..yeah so far we havenât had people as bad as that.
I should also note to you that just because those of us who like te feature doesnât mean we all think itâs the most beautiful thing out there. In my case I would expect them to make improvements on it. Hell IG always seems to do that. Every time they add something new to the game and it doesnât look quite right it gets fixed in time. I would epxect these to look even better and hopefully smoother by release date.

There is nothing to touch by the way it is a â â â â animation all I can do is witness it there is nothing else to it. I am not Infil or Sajam or everyone else even friends of mine that argued it didnât let you know where in the stage you would end up or whatever or anytjing regarding jow it would work with timing and juggles. My whole point was about the black background and the animations. Think about it what else was there? They are not updtaing the graphics lighting is not a factor. I do have a question though. If IG didnât change the feature, would you indeed have boycotted the game? Seems rather excessive to not support something you like just because of one single graphical feature. It would of course be different, if you felt harm because of it - as said, by others, they seemed to get headaches from watching it.

You need to condition them. Do a bunch of normal resets. The moment they start blocking,oppurtunity for demonic despair. If they never stop blocking the resets,let them get hit.
