There is no bracket. Think in it like Barclays Premier League or La Liga, and then the best of each league play Champions League

I was thinking. For the first time around, keep it at 10 players in 2 leagues of 5. 2 sets of 2-out-of-3 (representing Home and Away games, play them whenever you want) for each player. Top 2 from each league face off against each other in a team battle of 3-out-of-5.

I’ve been getting better it looks like for me, I always couldn’t beat anyone at Natural Silver and now I’ve kept relaxed, I’m at Master Gold 
Ok, so I’m going to do 2 leagues of 10 players each. Since we are a lot people, I think it’s the best solution. Once the league it’s finished, a playoff between the 2/4 best players could happen, but the Leagues are the main objective per se.
So, now comes the part to decide how each league should be formed. Since we are in different timezones, my idea it’s starting with an American league, and once it’s filled, a rest of the world League. Since there will be more than 10 american players, the Rest of the world league will have people from all the zones. So for example, I will be in the “rest of the world” league, and if there are 12 american players, 2 of them would be in my League too.
I’m starting a Poll with both Leagues to have an idea of how many of us are avaible. Americans should choose the “America League”, but maybe some of them will be in the “Rest of the World” league if the latter is smaller than 10

@lewisthewizard seriously answer me if you want to do this (It’s the same way with WrathOfFulgore’s Tournament except it’s a league where everyone plays everyone).
I’m in RoW. (I live in England after all).
Voted RoW bracket.
If you don’t mind me saying so, it might be better to lay out the rules before people sign up, just in case stuff like “when” won’t work with their schedules. That’s the main reason why I haven’t been able to participate in several tournaments, & why we’re doing the WTF tournament.

The idea is to give time for each participant to fight each other. The fights are not played a particuar day. You speak to one of your rivals, and you fight when both of you can. If you have time and luck, maybe you can finish all your fights in one day, one week… The idea it’s giving around 1 month(or a bit more) to finish the league. So if we have 5 weeks, you could play 2 sets each week and you are done.

I’m in. I think the way you are splitting the leagues probably makes sense based in number of players (it works for the NHL all-star game), although you might consider lumping any Canadians in with the USA.
Just as an aside, I also think people will just have to keep in mind that this is an online league for fun and you take the matches as they come. It’s not Evo, so no one really wants to hear complaints about lag etc.
