This is awesome news for the tourney scene! Really happy they did this, and also hoping that anyone out there wailing about how MS doesn’t support this game enough will look at this and at least acknowledge that MS is contributing beyond the game itself. Probably not, but ya never know. 
For purely selfish reasons, I was hoping they’d do another community fund because I assumed that it’d mean Shadow Orchid or something along those lines as a bonus ninth character. As many pie in the sky ideas as I saw, and I’m sure I threw out a few myself, I would’ve been very happy with a 9th (shadow) character. Still kinda hoping they’ll do that, but at this point, who knows?
