if he is not bottom 3 then who is (Don’t say kim wu cause she is not…)
So far,their isn’t a real bottom tier. Every character can be used farily well. If they are teirs,it is really close.

Bottom 3 =/= having a bottom tier
even if it is close those whoever are at the lower end would be the bottom 3
Ahh, good idea…Ive learned a bit more with him this evening. Had some trouble against a guy that did nothing but JUMP with Aria and shot gun knee. Anti air HP wouldn’t work nor would jump attack… nor would the resurgence shield.
really nothing worked..and the guy wouldn’t do anything else but jumping shotgun knee over and over.
Just want to be clear - I did not say RAAM beats Fulgore - I was recounting stuff I read on Twitter. 
I honestly cannot fathom how RAAM would be advantaged in that MU 
But then again - it’s week 1… and that was my point!
