Sounds more like that Code-whatever-guy that always posts on his videos, he likes to say “damage control” a lot, too. (Also dislikes post season 3 characters.)

Here are some of my problems with the lore:

  1. I hate the fact that Shadow Jago is a separate entity from Jago. I always saw the character as Jago battling an overcoming his corruption/demons.

  2. Spinal had an interesting story with the whole Mask of Ancients thing I was interested to see what would come out of it. We got nothing, instead it was forgotten and turned into a Shadow Lords fetch quest.

  3. Hisako stated in her trailer the Ultratech stole something from her, but we don’t know what it was.

I don’t think particularly what was stolen is what’s important here. ARIA wanted to study what happens to the human spirit after we die and upon hearing of the legend of Hisako, she arranges to have the grave site desecrated and robbed as a means towards the end of p*ssing off the spirit in the hopes that she would come after her so she could study it. Mission accomplished I’d say.
