Well, it does bother ME, because I’m use to Hisako’s catch counter, and it reminds me when in season 2, that counter couldn’t catch Thunder’s Shadow DP and whiffed instead.

You may have done it in a corner? It still works there because of the shorter distance between the fighters.In my case, when it happens the first few times, it surprises me as much as my oponnents and leads to nice resets.

Now that you mention it, that’s probably what happened. That match ended up in the corner a lot.

But… that doesn’t make sense to me that I’m able to deflect…empty space?
And if there is no deflect, no damage, where is this recapture come from?

In fact it bother me at least visualy. I’d prefer a kind of tech-throw animation in these case where the deflect doesn’t hit.

I absolutely love how Tusk’s new theme reminds me of Tsuyoshi Sekito’s score for The Last Remnant. Even Tusk himself, in his new design, reminds me of the Conqueror from that game, who’s voice is Christopher Sabat of DBZ fame.
